Just ordered a pizza tonight. I picked one of their meat pizza's and customized it to my liking. When the pizza was delivered I found out that I accidentally forgot to remove an ingredient that I absolutely could not eat. The driver without hesitation said that he would return the pizza and get me a new one. My second pizza was brought to me in less than 20 min. Come to find out the person delivering my pizza is the manager. Honestly, best customer service hands down. I had high hopes for this Panago, given my great past experiences. However, my recent order of a half garden veggie and veggie korma pizza was disappointing. There were hardly any veggies on the pizza, and the few that were there were chopped so small they added little flavor. The cheese was unevenly distributed, with one slice having just a sprinkle of cheese and a few tiny veggie pieces, leaving the rest mostly dough and crust.
