Have been twice now and both times the service was very lacking. First time was 2 days after open so I didnt think much of it. Today was another bad experience across multiple fronts.
Both times I have had to explain a menu item/promotion to the staff working there.
Today, I had to ask 4 times for them to make the kids meals we ordered initially with our other food (burrito and bowl) - while the staff kept serving the next persons in line, who then had to awkwardly walk past us as we stood there wondering what was going on.
Once we got our food sorted they overcharged us by almost $20 which I realized when I got to my vehicle and started thinking about why it was so much. I went back in and stood in line again (thought it was rude to cut ahead of other people) only to be told that doing a refund is "a bit of a process" and perhaps instead I should get more food to balance it out. Now instead of getting my $20 back, I am supposed to go back another day and get a free entree (which is less than $20). I only agreed because I was so frustrated at this point (with 2 kids in the car), and recognized forcing the issue would inconvenience people waiting behind me.
I am quite bothered by a restaurant casually suggesting they don't want to refund you because of the hassle. They are now forcing the customer to be the "bad guy" if they insist on getting their money back. If you overcharge (especially $20 on a $30 order) it should be an immediate decision to return that money.
EDIT: I did return to the location and got a refund. They tried to convince me one more time get more food instead of a refund. Irritatingly - the actual refund process took under 10 seconds so I am not sure why it wasn't done the day the...

I've given this Chipotle location more than one chance, and unfortunately, the service and consistency have gone downhill each time I've returned.
The first time I visited, I had a great experience—I was able to order white rice without cilantro due to a dietary preference, and the staff accommodated this without issue.
However, during my second visit, I was told by the girl behind the counter that they “don’t do that” and that they would not make my order with plain white rice. This completely changed the dish for me, and I ultimately had to leave without ordering and find dinner elsewhere.
I gave them one more chance, but my third and final visit confirmed the pattern of poor customer service. I arrived with my family more than an hour before closing, and while they did accommodate my white rice request this time, I was told they were out of corn salsa. I mentioned that I wasn’t pleased, but I continued with my order anyway.
Not long after we sat down, another group arrived—and suddenly, there was plenty of corn salsa available for them. It felt misleading and frankly, a bit disrespectful.
To top it off, the girl at the cash register was extremely rude to both myself and my family. Nearly all the garbage bins were already sealed shut, and it was obvious that the staff had spent much of their evening trying to close up early rather than serve customers who arrived well within operating hours.

Read more5th experience: 0 ⭐️ ‘s I was super disappointed. I came in and purchased three bowls. My third bowl had little no chicken left since there was hardly anything left in the container. When my son asked if he could get more chicken, the person serving us told us it would cost more. My response “well I was expecting equal portions in all bowls and it’s not like he got a regular serving size so that’s fine” He did equal out the amount of chicken but then he charged us extra which cost an additional $5.70. I have no issue paying for extra, but I do have an issue when the portions are not similar and when my 10-year-old noticed it and asked for more along with my comment no correction was made. Super disappointing. I’ve included the receipt so If the owners would like to pull the camera to Verify the lack of consistency of portions the date and time is on the receipt.

2nd experience 3⭐️⭐️⭐️’s Service was disappointing as their cash register was down, but there was no communication after my meal was made and I stood there for five minutes. I had to ask what the holdup was when I offered to give $100 cash and then pay when the machines come up so that my children and I could start eating They let me know that I would have to wait.
3rd experience 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s Service was exceptional. came running in during halftime And the staff was super friendly and had the best sense of urgency to get us back in our car so we can get back home to watch the game
