Ordered Pizza from there on Sept. 26th and found Glass in my pizza, ended up breaking a tooth on the glass, that's how I found it. I called the store to complain, they gave me a refund and said they needed to speak to the general manager. It's now Sept. 28th and have yet to get call from that store. When I called the store they wanted me to give the pizza and glass back when the driver came to give me my refund. I refused to give it to them, I'm keeping it until they tell me what they are going to do about my broken tooth. If I could give them a -100 stars I would.

I spoke to a guy named Derick (suppose to be from Domino's Canada) he insisted on getting the pizza and glass, when I refused to give it to him he said that because I refused to give them all the evidence that Domino's Canada wouldn't do anything other than refer it back to the store. When I asked for his manager he tried telling me he doesn't have one and refused to give me any contact info for anyone above him. I've called Domino's head office and left a voice mail, I'm also calling the media, people need to know about this and how Domino's has chosen to handle it.
Because of Domino's insisting on me handing them all the evidence or they wouldn't do anything it makes me think that they intended on taking it and later saying "What are you talking about, where's your evidence?" I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. I will NEVER order from any Domino's again and I suggest that no-one order from them, there are a lot more pizza places to order from.

A month ago, they just straight-up just did not deliver my prepaid and tipped order. Argued with me on the phone. Eventually they remade and delivered the pizza, hours after I ordered it.
Today, at 11:00am I ordered $100 of pizza to be delivered at 2pm. Prepaid and tipped.
They called me at 1:47pm from the auto dial, as they usually to let me know the pizza is on the way. Location is a 5min drive from me so I went to wait for the delivery.
Now 40min later, im calling the store where the woman on the phone continually denies they called me. Then, she admits my food isn't even done. Keeps asking her co workers who called me, as if I am lying. I am hosting a birthday party and I gave this location my business, prepaying 3hrs in advance, only to not only be late, argued with, no remorse or apology. Just excuses.
Rediculous. If you weren't going to even remotely be able to fulfill the completely reasonable order a courtesy call should have been made.
That is how business should be conducted. I've rarely been so angry at customer service in my life but this was a whole new level of disrespect from people who simply do not care.
Edit: pizza still did not show up. I called and canceled it, and had to send 18 kids home...

We ordered our pizza online at 6:30, and the estimated time was 30-40 minutes. At about 7:15 I called the store to inquire about our order. The girl who answered the phone mentioned something about the pizza still being in the store and that we were expected to wait another 15 minutes before promptly hanging up on me. 7:30 rolls around and nothing, so I call the store. The gentleman that answered reiterated what the previous rep told me, the pizza was still sitting in the store, roads are slippery, wait some more (no time given). At this point I hop into the car and drive the 7 min to the store and pick up my pizza. Worst experience, I will no longer be supporting Domino's especially this store. If I do order Domino's again for whatever reason, it will be through a different store.
