Dream Tea House — Restaurant in Edmonton

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for several years and it has steadily been going downhill. About a year ago quite often every time I went in they would say there was no boba pearls ready. It's the it's their primary selling point and it's always some young teenager that's telling me she essentially has neglected her job duties. They would tell you to wait 10 minutes and just turn around. Very rude very in plate. Yesterday I was there again in the early afternoon and the young girl working the till told me there would be no Boba available for 30 minutes. This is at lunch time during their High sales. She then had the audacity to tell me I could get anything else I wanted instead like jelly. To have this employee tell me that I'm allowed to purchase something else is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. She was rude impolite unhelpful and the reason I will never be returning. This is by far the worst Boba place I have ever gone to and I look forward to when they finally close their doors. As other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service at this location is awful. I ordered drinks here today because I happened to be shopping at T&T; otherwise, I would not have come here specifically for bubble tea. There was only one employee working and I was in a line up with 3 people ahead of me. The set up at this location is not great - if the line had been any longer, I'd be blocking the entrance of T&T. When I got to the counter, the employee did not greet me and stood there expecting me to give my order. After I received my drinks, I asked whether I could get stamps on my stamp card and her response was, "We don't do that anymore." Perhaps she was unhappy that she was the only one working there by herself, but it is very unreasonable to take your emotions out on the customers. The worst dream tea location I have ever been to. The girl working with the ball cap that said "dangerous" was awful to speak with. One word responses, no eye contact, would wave us over lazily instead of calling us over. Made us wait almost 15 for two drinks. The only other customer there was also getting irritated and impatient. Every other location I have been to has been a good experience, not sure why this location always fall way under standard.
