Edo Japan — Restaurant in Edmonton

Healthy fast food restaurants can be a challenge to find. Edo uses fresh quality products.

The sushi is decent for a fast food restaurant, however, the stir frys are my favorite (beef teriyaki).

I went the other day to Edo and noticed they have a new menu Item, wraps, but unfortunately they were sold out of soft wrap Shells so I couldn't give it a try. .so they must be tasty!

Basically the wrap is the same as the stir Frys but wrapped in a soft tortilla shell...no bowl which makes this item more environmentally friendly( they use paper bowls now for environmental disposals).

Staff is always friendly and helpful to the customers at this location.

The older entitled Asian lady that works here needs to find a different line of work! There’s was a delivery drivers waiting for her food and this woman just stood and stared at her with a blank look on her face. The order was right in front of her so I seen the driver check to make sure it was her order and took it then the edo japan worker started yelling at her. When the driver went to explain and show her the number this Asian lady started talking over her saying how she had to ask permission to take the order. VERY unprofessional on the worker. I ordered the Tempura shrimp Chop Chop bowl along with 2 teriyaki bowls. Came home to find just tempura shrimp instead of the chop chop bowl. When I came back the lady said she had reviewed the order with me, which she had not. She said she didn't hear even though she acknowledged what I said when I ordered the chop chop bowl. They didn't offer any apologies or restitution. For the high prices Edo charges the food at this location was not good either. I won't be coming back to this location but I would recommend repeating the order several times so that...
