I have taken note of the previous comment which posited that bacon is typically not considered halal. However, I would like to share my personal experience at a boardwalk restaurant where I encountered a unique and delightful twist. This establishment proudly displayed its halal certification and assured customers that their bacon was crafted from beef, in strict adherence to halal principles.
My visit to this restaurant left a lasting impression, as not only was the bacon halal, but the entire culinary experience was a testament to freshness and flavor. The diverse array of dishes I sampled was nothing short of exceptional, and the attentive service further enhanced the overall dining experience.
In light of my delightful encounter, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a harmonious blend of halal offerings, freshness, delectable flavors, and impeccable service. It is an establishment that truly stands out, offering a unique twist on familiar dishes and a memorable dining...
Read moreI find it hard to believe the 5 star reviews here are genuine. 40 minute wait for 3 burgers during a slow period. Watched them spend 15 minutes struggling to make a milkshake for another customer. Ok, so chalk it up to new staff or training. Well, the buns were stale, the tomato slices were so far from ripe that they weren’t edible (to be clear, I could care less about tomato ripeness, but I’ve never been served something I could NOT EVEN EAT). The meat was not seasoned and was over cooked, the sautéed mushrooms were not cooked. Not fast, not good quality, not cheap. You’re better off with A&W for half price, 90% less of your time, and a much better product. 2 stars because the stale fries were salvageable thanks to a toaster over. I don’t exactly have high standards for a takeout burger but they legitimately failed...
Read moreCame in with a group of friends. We ordered fish and chips because it was advertised with a free fillet. Not only did my fish look like chicken fingers, all of our fries were very stale and unseasoned. As the pictures below show, none of us finished the fries. Our Oreo churros were also very disappointing. It was very stale and hard. It didn't taste like Oreo churros, it didn't taste of anything. The only thing we liked about the place was their milkshake and the buns they used for the burgers. I spent a total of $42 for fish and chips, broadwalk classic, milkshake, and Oreo churros. I would've been more satisfied with a McDonald's meal with the amount I spent here. It was also our first time here. Maybe we had a bad cook but our experience here definitely didn't match up with the most...
