European Sweetness — Restaurant in Edmonton

How can you not love a place with home made sausages hanging on the wall? They have an excellent selection of foods imported from Croatia and Eastern Europe.

I come to this place whenever I feel the need to nosh on carefully made Charcuterie and deli snacks. The selection of cheese and sausages is small but that hardly matters when every item being offered is this excellent. Same goes for the jars and cans of pickled veggies and specialties. The freezer is always full too but, I can only eat so much.

Next time you're having a dinner party, do yourself a favour and stop in here to browse the shelves. I promise you'll find things that are unique, interesting and tasty. If you have time for a demitasse, step 6 feet to the east and visit the bakery cafe' to they the coffee and...

We 3 stopped to shop and eat. Great selection of European/Balkan packaged food, plus a nice selection of charcuterie-style meats and sausage. The small cafe serves sweet and savory pastries, yogurt, hot chocolate and a good coffee selection, plus cold drinks. We had one savory and two sweet pastries, a hot chocolate, latte, and a Turkish coffee. All were excellent and fairly priced. The Turkish coffee was particularly good! Service was professional and friendly.

This place is incredible! I travel for 3.5 hours one way JUST to come here..the selection is amazing, the little cafe is perfection..and the owner is a real doll. My ONLY complaint is I wish you were open Monday’s..unfortunately the last 5 times I’ve had to come to Edmonton for appointments have all been on Monday’s so I haven’t been able to take advantage of the trip.
