Tonight was a terrible experience when I went to pick up my food at the parking lot accross the restaurant.

I drove into the parking area and noticed what appeared to be an accident. The restaurant's sign appeared to have been knocked down and there was this vehicle taking up two car parking spots.

I asked the men who were there whether there was an accident and a guy said that he parked that way as no one knows how to park.

There is only 3 reserved parking spots for this restaurant and the owner (who identified himself as such, on the far right of the picture) said he parked this way, taking TWO spots, as no-one knows how to park. Clearly its HE that doesn't know how to park! As they were moving around in the area of the second spot, I asked them not to move as I was going to use the 3rd spot and didn't want an accident to happen.

The owner called me a "doushbag" for suggesting that he park properly as he was being disrespectful to the patrons of the restaurant as only 3 spots are reserved nearby and he is taking 2 of them. Told him that if he is so concerned about someone damaging his vehicle then he should park in another area where he is not interfering with the limited parking for the patrons of the restaurant. The other two guys chimed in making rude remarks and being very disrespetful.

Frankly, I would have parked further away from these disrespectful men but I had my pets in the vehicle and parking right accross the restaurant, in their designated parking spots, is so convenient (to keep an eye on my dogs). Aside from the handicapped parking (and I don't have a handicapped tag), parking accross from the restaurant is not available.

Therefore, I carefully parked and exited the vehicle. As I walked to the restaurant they continued to ridicule me and saw the owner move closer to my vehicle so I asked them to move away from my car (was afraid they may cause damage to my car or scare my dogs), so that is why I took the picture.

Never in my life have I felt threatened. I explained to the management what happened, I thought there was an accident as their sign appeared to have been knocked down by the driver of the vehicle that was taking two of their 3 parking spots and it has gotten out of hand with the 3 people ganging up on me. I asked for an escort to my car. I believe it was the cook who came out with me. He said he would talk to the men.

The food is so good that I frequent this place once a week. Hopefully, the management had a good talk...

Limited seating but that is why they can offer such great food at a VERY reasonable cost . Whenever I am in there , I see a steady stream of 'takeout'. Just love the 'panir mateer' (panir in green mustard sauce). It comes with a generous helping of naan for less than $15. I do not usually dine out in the evening , but tonight I was caught short , so I thought to try their evening cuisine . Really it seems no different from the rest of the day , it is just that I eat less in the evening . So , I figured if I spent less money on a dish this evening , I would get less . And what could go wrong with spending only $11.60 including tax . Surley I would not get that much on my plate . But once again I could not finish it . I had the chole Buryani Had to wrap some of it home with me after I had made an overstuffed pig of myself . The single dishes are almost too much . To do real justice to this place you should really plan on at leat 3 for company . That way ordering more dishes , you will get to more fully appreciate the genius of these guys and their ability to deliver such a wide range of experience in different food cultures . Of...

I recently placed an order with your restaurant by phone and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. While I appreciate the effort made to accommodate my request for an early pick-up time, I was disappointed to find that one of the items I ordered, the Rogan Josh, was missing from my order when I arrived.

As a result, I had to wait for the rest of my order to be prepared, and by the time it was ready, the first half of my order had gotten cold. This was especially upsetting as I do not have access to a microwave to reheat my food.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was hoping for a smoother experience given that I had placed my order ahead of time. As a regular customer of your restaurant, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the great service provided by your team. However, on this occasion, my expectations were not met.

I hope that you can take this feedback constructively and use it to improve your processes so that similar issues can be avoided in the future. I remain a loyal customer and look forward to a better experience in my next visit to...

Today was my first time trying the food here as I was in the mood for indo chinese spicy food and the reviews seemed good. I ordered the spicy hot n sour chicken soup, the chili chicken dry, pepper chicken, and hakka noodles. The order was placed at the restaraunt but I had to wait 50 minutes for it to be ready. The wait was incredibly long. I wish they would have told me the wait before I placed the order. However, np,i thought, the food will be good. Boy was i wrong. The food was terrible. The hot n sour soup was had no taste. I expected a nice tangy broth that was spicy. But this tasted putrid with no spice. Moving onto the pepper chicken. I felt like the batter it was made in had gone sour. It was terrible. Didnt finish the dish. The hakka noodles were not spicy, tasteless and had a bitter after taste. The chili chicken was ok, but thats relatively speaking. I wish i could get a refund, as our group of 5 finished only 25% of the food before calling it a meal.

I ordered the butter chicken with an order of coconut rice and two orders of garlic naan bread! Little did I know how big the order altogether was until I sat down and received it! Definitely could have fed a few people depending on how much a person eats! I left with LOTS of left overs. The butter chicken had an INCREDIBLE taste with a bit of spice , it was almost therapeutic! The coconut rice complemented the butter chicken and the garlic naan was delicious as well. I also ordered one of the mango smoothies and the consistency and taste was absolutely amazing! Mandeep(I’m hoping I’m spelling her name right) made sure that I was comfortable and that I enjoyed the food. She was a very friendly and sweet individual. I will definitely be revisiting here to try more things on their menu. Thank you for the great and tasty experience!
