Just got donairs on July 16 2022 & I was disappointed with lack of flavour in the meat. Meat was a very tough chewing experience , they had sliced meat quite thin - this technique usually gives a easy chewing sensation when meat is tough - they trying to hide poor lack knowledge on how to properly cook it. Meat should be a little thicker & much more tender. Omg, I can't believe they charge extra for black olives... there is not 1 donair place I been to that charges extra for any donair additional toppings. Donair & Subway restaurants leave it up to the customers - 1 long strip of cheese + choice of olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers & sliced pickles. With 2 CHOICES OF SAUCES , (Taziki) & (Sweet) - both are an absolute must. NO EXTRA charges for same added toppings unless it's additional cheese. This experience scares me away from trying their Pizza and they don't have Teziki sauce for donair. 1 Good Positive , the was still hot on arrival. Cuz that’s Mr. Hollywood answering and he’s always working, or so it seems. The pizza is consistent—consistent good value, consistent quality. I usually order the same couple of pizzas, just two toppings, and there’s always a special for two, especially if you pick them up—an additional small discount included.

You’re not paying inflated prices for trendy neighbourhoods or high-rent strips like Jasper or Whyte Avenue. This is real value in a spot that’s worth venturing to—156 Street. I’ve been coming to this place literally for 20+ years, and I was happy to call again tonight—Oiler game night—and hear his voice.

Hollywood Pizza on 118th Ave truly impressed me—definitely a 5-star experience. I wish I had discovered this little gem in my neighborhood sooner. I ordered a medium two-topping pizza and it was spot on: the crust had the perfect thickness, was well-cooked with no sogginess, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
