I was there today for my anniversary celebration, the table was soaked wet & yet I could see coffee from last customer on the table. Sever comes after 7 min ask what is your order, not hi, how is your day going...., she comes back with coffee with one hand pouring coffee with other hand drops couple of fork & knives on the table (the cutlery wasn't wrapped) let's say her hands was clean definitely the table wasn't she just turn away and leaves the table without asking do you need something else! The answer would be yes I need spoons for coffee, sugar... It didn't look like she like to wait on my table so manager was passing by I mentioned to him about cutlery & server doesn't like to wait on my table. "I don't think she likes to wait on my table, could you please get someone else, it is my anniversary & I really don't want to leave because of bad service "he took knives, forks back in & same server came out this time everything is wrapped. She trough it on the table & as she was leaving, I felt don't want to deal with this anymore so asked her to call the manager and told him "I don't know what is her problem with us might be my beard, you didn't change the server & we are leaving "he was apologetic and said "I know what is your order & was about bring it to you myself (I'm like you)I don't believe the beard look is the reason. "I left the store & was thinking how someone (she might had a bad day) could ruin someone else's day. Read moreHad to delete my pleasant review of this place. Ordered food online. Went to the restaurant a minute or two before order should be ready. Girl at front looked over her shoulder and said wait 5 minutes. Waited ten with no one asking or checking in my order. After the slip drivers also got told 5 minutes and then getting their orders before me. Asked about my order. They took another five before telling me they hadn't even started my order. I left my son in the car since it should have taken 5 minutes but now I'm already 15 to 20. I asked to cancel my order and said they needed a manager. Took another 10 minutes to get a manager. Told him that if the food was out when he came back I would take it. If not I was going somewhere else and needed a refund. Said it would be cancelled online and would take some time. No confirmation email was recieved and card was charged so I don't believe they ever did. Would not suggest going here or ordering food. And if you're an Uber skip driver stay away because they don't value your time as I saw 3 drivers get told to wait
Edit. I did get my refund but no one followed up. The only comment was customer refused to wait 15 minutes. Problem is customer refused to wait another 15 on top of the hour be already waited for it. Read moreThe service here is not the same everytime you go. No matter when The food takes forever and that's okay if it's fresh food they give you. I took my two kids there on Wednesday evening. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and as soon as the hostess took our drink order, I ordered my toddlers food so it would come soon. 25 minutes lateer it comes with a hot plate but Luke warm food. I ask them for new food as I don't want her to be sick. I ordered 15 minutes before they brought toddlers food out. So now, hers is being remade! My food is wrong completely and my son is missing an item. Okay, cool They go and make it. It's been an hour. Toddler is now eating her brothers food since his was there. Then mine came, then hers.. The time is no exaggeration because I have messages about it to my brother. So now, hers is way last, we're all done eating and she's getting impatient and hardly eats and is restless. I feel if they had more than 1 server, the service would be quicker and the orders would be correct. There is absolutely no reason to have one staff with a few tables! Especially when the kitchen staff take a long time to make anything. Then the bill came and the only thing they took off was the pancakes that I ordered but they gave me fries and pancakes 😂. 50 bucks later and almost 1.5 hours later, we left.
