I was very disappointed with my visit here. After waiting 10 minutes to order, it took another 15 minutes to get my order. So 25 minutes wait for a takeout coffee is insane. We ordered three things, drip coffee (it was not bad, kind of sour if you like that flavour but I prefer bold mellow smooth coffee), a guava croissant (this was delicious, buttery croissant with a good flavoured guava jam) and an iced vanilla latte. The iced vanilla latte took the longest and it was terrible. As you can see, it had no ice lol. It was also just as lacking in the vanilla and coffee flavour. It was literally just milk. AND it cost $7.50?!? I paid $8 for whole milk. Would not return. The space is nice and the one taking orders was kind but the barista was soooo slow and clearly didn’t know how to make drinks.

Delicious coffee, and the latte art was impressive. There wasn't a ton of options for flavours or syrups. They keep it pretty standard. I went for a vanilla latte and a plain latte. We didn't have the opportunity to try any of the food as it was a quick pop in. It was packed! On a Wednesday at 10am no seats were available. Thank goodness my friend came early and snagged a bench in the back. The staff was friendly and brought our drinks out to us rather than calling us up to the front to grab them. An obvious neighbourhood favourite, many people have told me to come check it out and I am glad I did! 5 stars, the atmosphere in the Colombian was lively and reminded me of being in Montreal. Go have a coffee. Now!

A small focused food menu gives a really high quality casual brunch. A nice assortment of pastries and some great tasting coffee. I had their spin of huevos Rancheros the portion size was good eggs poached perfectly just the right amount of spice it was brilliant. My husband had the breakfast bagel, he said it was tasty watch out the poached egg on the bagel was runny. For coffee I had the cortado it was well prepared, husband had the ice chai good flavors all around. The portion on the Ice Chai is probably reasonable calorie wise but smaller than what you may be expecting. They have a nice patio in the back and when the COVID restrictions lift there is also lots of seating inside. I will be back.

My name is Nellie, I was served with an excellent egg salad toast and well done cup of tea at this Coffee bar today. I highly recommend this cafe' for many reasons namely they provide excellent customer service, this cafe' 'is clean, , following Covid mandates very well, super clean washrooms, fully stocked shelves with many types of coffee brands, and the customer feels welcome and peaceful. Emily, Elise, Samara, Kennedy were on duty today. I found these cheerful young ladies were not only helpful but very thoughtful of every customer's orders. They were using their time effectiv3ely, they were helping each other in providing excellent service to their patrons, they were walking extra miles because they are taking pride in the job well done. I felt sipping their cup of tea in their cafe...as if I was in Paris or Germany and Netherlands. One has to go there, take time to enjoy your favorite item(S) on their menu, enjoy your order , and you will notice you are not in Edmonton but in Europe somewhere, this does not Edmonton is the second best. For example France is note for the following reason Why are cafés so important in France? Cafés became important centers for exchanging news, rumors and ideas, often more reliable than the newspapers of the day. In 1723 there were about 323 cafés in Paris; by 1790 there were more than 1,800. They were places for meeting friends, and for literary and political discussion...taken from Google article. It is worth your time and money to visit this welcoming Colombian coffee bar& Roaster to create more beautiful memories in these most challenging times the world is passing through. Wishing the owner and his staff the best in 2022 and the...

Not only is the location and interior amazing and bright but so are the staff. I wanted to leave a great review after the staff went out of their way to make sure I was 100% happy with my coffee. I decided to try something new and far from my usual blends as a pour over, a staff member asked me what I thought and I said it just wasn't for me and I went to look at a different blend to buy as a bag, no issue. 2 staff members immediately went out of their way to talk to me about blends and insited I take a new pour over. I was not expecting this at all since I was the one who chose to really go out of my "coffee zone", but they wanted me to leave with a cup of coffee in hand and a bag of beans I would enjoy. Thanks you all ❤️ this made my morning after a long night shift when I was not...
