I wish I could give negative stars.. worst customer service I have ever seen. I came at around 8:30pm at this location. After looking for a bit decided to eat the raspberry cheese cake. I wasn’t told that it wasn’t a cheese cake but an ice cream flavoured cheese cake so even before eating i told the employees that it wasn’t the cheese cake and I wanted a cheese cake. And all I was getting was it is an ice cream based cake well if I wanted an ice cream I would’ve just ordered an ice cream not an ice cream cheese cake so they refused to exchange me to something else or refund it rather forced me to eat it saying it’s our policy. One of the employees was even being rude and said no she won’t take it back. Finally the other employee who showed some courtesy tried to talk to the manager who ended up not replacing or refunding my money back. I am a manager in a company too and have never seen this attitude and behaviour anywhere.. firstly it was mislabeled as cheese cake. Plus I was being forced to eat something I didn want. The ice cream tasted worse than buying a bucket of no name ice cream, and melted so fast it was dripping down the cone before getting to the car. I also asked for a strawberry on my sundae but after getting to the car and removing the whipping cream from the top I found a cherry with an added extra topping of freshy placed 'hair'.
Not impressed, and I found it odd that they're asking for tips on checkout... First off the three young employees (around 15-16 yrs old) were talking loudly about someone they all knew while neglecting to help my boyfriend and I as we waiting at the counter. After the poor excuse of "service" we were given our ice creams which were fine, no issues with the product, we stood at the till again being neglected while the three minors continued to babble and gossip about the other young gentleman they knew. After I paid they all promptly went back to their gossip without even saying a word to us. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever had.
