I walked in on oct 31 not a hi or hello nothing from what looked like the manager at 11 am right when they opened, I walked to the till to order and still not a word from the guy. As I was waiting for food, the store looks so bad dirty bad, like I should file a complaint with health services bad, mops on the floor in the kitchen dirty, old food on the tables from last night customers, crap all over the kitchen INCLUDING CHEMICALS, the other guy came from the washroom into the kitchen ran his hands under water NO Soap and went to my food cooking took over for the other guy and continued on…. EWE!! That store looked like it was not cleaned in forever, I could have written my name in the dust, there was food left out not covered, old spring rolls probably from night before.
I couldn’t eat the food, it was served in a container not in the Thai box they normally do with brand name, the tofu looks so old and hard the chicken no! just was horrible I hope people don’t get sick here.

Read moreI recently visited Thai Express at 7:37 PM, hoping to dine in. When I asked if we could still eat there, the staff member at the front informed us that we could, but only if we left by 8 PM. I fully understand that they close at 8, but his response felt unnecessarily abrupt and showed signs of frustration. When we agreed to dine in, his visible annoyance made us reconsider, so we decided to order takeout instead.
Unfortunately, our experience didn’t improve from there. When we asked about ordering Tom Yum, he told us it was no longer available. While our order was being prepared, he seemed visibly upset, even tossing cooking utensils into the sink in a way that was disruptive and unprofessional.
I hope management addresses this kind of behavior with their staff, as it left us with a very negative impression. We came in as paying customers and expected a courteous dining experience, even if it was close to...
Read moreI ordered from the cashier and ended up returning my food. It was the wrong order. Cashier tried to argue out loud that I made a mistake. I simply replied saying I didn’t want to argue. The cashier shrugged and took the food I returned. I heard the kitchen staff and manager talking and they ended up arguing from the kitchen. They probably didn’t know I understood. They were so loud. I felt so bad for causing such huge commotions.
I received my supposed correct order. However, the fish was too dry and very hard to chew. I did not want to return the food again since I did not feel I was welcome to do so at my first interaction.
