Subject: Complaint Regarding Spoiled Chicken Served at Mary Brown's

Dear Mary Brown's Customer Service,

I am writing to formally report a concerning issue I encountered at your Mary Brown's location Terrace plaza, 5822 Terrace Rd NW Edmonton. AB T6A 3Y8 on 3rd December 2024 at 11:50 pm, I purchased two grilled chicken sandwiches and two chicken pieces meals for myself and my sister. Upon returning home and beginning to eat, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the chicken in the sandwiches. My sister immediately pointed out that the chicken seemed spoiled, but I initially dismissed it, assuming the smell was from the sauce or onions.

However, after eating the sandwich, I began to experience stomach discomfort, including pain and indigestion. The following day, my sister, who had only eaten a few bites, began to experience severe stomach cramps and nausea. This prompted me to contact Mary Brown's customer service, where an employee confirmed that the chicken was indeed spoiled, yet it was still being sold to customers.

Out of concern for public safety, I have already reported this food safety issue to the relevant health authorities. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to prevent further incidents and protect others from potentially becoming ill.

This has been an extremely disappointing and troubling experience, and I trust you will take immediate action to ensure that no other customers have to go through the same situation. I would appreciate a response detailing how you plan to address this issue moving forward.

January 21, 2025, I emailed Mary Brown's again like I was requested to 5 days ago & still no response from whomever mans that email listed below.....wow, the whole company including the head office is showing me how awful they really are by telling me to do something & then totally ignoring my emails! What poor customer service!

I went to this location recently & it's not the same service I received before. I asked about the 12 days of Christmas email promotion & no one knew anything about it. I had points on my app & they had trouble & couldn't scan it. I contacted their head office customer service and they didn't answer my questions. I sent a followup message & they still didn't reply. I won't waste my time on them anymore since they keep ignoring...

I recently visited Mary Brown's at this location and was thoroughly impressed with the new management and the taste of the chicken. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The chicken was some of the best I've ever tasted, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat on the inside. It was clear that the new management has made a noticeable improvement in the quality of the food, as everything was fresh and cooked to perfection.

Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. The new management has definitely elevated the experience, and I look forward to...
