never write any reviews for anyone but today was too much and they ruin my whole day.I always go there in my lunch break and they alwz disappoint me. I always have to tell them that this is missing and they make order again. Which wasted almost all of my break and I have to finish my food quickly. Today again , I went over there in my break and order my food. Ashley took my order, first of all she took about 7-8 minute to punch order. I specifically mentioned her that something happen all the time you guys alwz miss item from my burger and later on says we don’t have that. She said no it’s all gud, she confirmed with her manager she said yes as well. I was looking at them for 2 minutes, when I feel like ok they have it I went to put my water bottle on table and come back right away to the front for order picking. I waited 10-15 minutes after that and still nothing came up. When I finally ask her she(Ashley) said sorry we don’t have crispy onions. I was like you are telling me this after wasting almost 20 mins of my break. Then she said talk to my manager. And that so called manager, she is alwz disrespectful. She don’t even know how to talk with customers. She is alwz in her own world and showing attitude. When I ask her that why r u informing me after 20 mins, she said u were not here, I looked for u. Just took me 2 minutes to find a table and then after that I am here in front of you since 10 minutes, how come u both didn’t see me?? Haven’t eat anything my literally wait for my break to eat and this is what they do. I really wanna say to the owner, ask them if they wanna work or no? Rather than wasting time on showing attitude that I am the manager, show some interest in customer service specially when someone is waiting for the food in their break and you know that perfectly. Imagine being super hungry and ended up like this when I didn’t even had more time to get something else...
Read moreOk so i am writing this review after multiple instances with just employee… first of all she never wears a name tag as others do and may be she is a team leader or whatever.. 1st incident- she gave a a burger with oil dripping from a chicken patty all over , when i went back to her with the concern she said it is made in oil so it is obvious that oil will drip and when i explained i always have it and this never happened before, she made a weird face and snatched burger from my hand , threw it and went back to work without saying anything to me… as i was standing there she came back with new burger and handed it over.. 2nd incident- whenever we go there around 9’o clock she behaves like why would you come near closing time as she dont want to make any new food .. her staff has to ask whatever customer want to order if it is okay to make it or not .. and then they would make us wait 10-15 minutes just for a junior chicken burger 3rd incident happened just 10 minutes before i am writing this comment : ordered a McChicken and she without letting me know that they are out of patty for this burger or it will take some time whatsoever .. again handed me over a McChicken burger with juniorchicken burger patty.. Many more incidents to tell as this is really our go to place when we go for grocery shopping .. Dont know her name as i mentioned she never wears a name tag for some reason.. but she is mid height indian girl .. i dont know how this place can make these many mistakes for just one customer forget...
Read moreWell, McDonald's, you did it again. This time, you managed to ruin the two things that should be foolproof—nuggets and fries—even without me leaving the comfort of my home. I ordered delivery with high hopes, thinking I was in for a quick, tasty treat, only to have those dreams crumble like the sad, overcooked nuggets that arrived at my doorstep.
First off, the nuggets. I don’t know what happened during transit, but I’m pretty sure these things were fried into oblivion before they got packed. It’s like they took a dip in a deep fryer and just never came back. Each bite had me wondering if I was eating chicken or if they had somehow replaced my order with a six-piece of petrified wood.
And the fries...oh, the fries. They arrived cold, limp, and about as seasoned as a sheet of plain paper. I didn’t know potatoes could be this bland, but McDonald's has truly mastered the art of turning something glorious into a soggy, sad excuse for a side dish. The golden arches? More like the golden letdown, now with a delivery fee.
I thought I was in for a crispy, comforting combo delivered right to my door, but instead, I got disappointment in a greasy cardboard box. The only redeeming quality? The sweet and sour sauce was decent—but even that couldn't save this culinary tragedy. Come on, McDonald's, I just wanted a simple nugget and fry fix, not a lecture in heartbreak delivered straight to...
