Last week, we were planning to go to Mona's Pizza since we've been a very longtime customer of theres. I usually call them 20 minutes before I reach there so by the time I'm there, I won't have to wait for my food. I called them and a lady picked up, my conversation was the usual, telling her my order and what I preferred which was 2 large pizzas and easy on the sauce. The phone call was normal, so nothing there. Once we reached there, we sat at a table, and the same lady came and asked us if we ordered the 2 pizzas. We said yes, and got served one of our pizzas immediately being told that our other pizza was on its way. Once we took a look at the pizza we saw that there was literally sauce oozing out of the pizza pan, and probably had more sauce than actually pizza. So I went to the cashier and told them that this wasn't my order, and that I would like a new pizza. I noticed that the guy got a bit aggressive and was pissed off and started to accuse me of ordering this type of pizza. Reminder, I've been a regular customer of theirs and order the exact same things every single time. So they should know by now what I order. Anyways, the guy started to get pissed and refused to make another pizza for me. So as I turned my back away, thinking lets get out of this screwed up place I hear a loud bang. And as I turn around I see that this guy took both of my pizzas, put them both in one box, lid off, and threw them up on his ceiling. And that's when me and my family left that filthy place. That was when I knew that this was a lying, screwed up, and extremely rude customer service. " Mind, that he did this in front of 2 other customers who were waiting for there food as well. We came here all the way from the south side to come here for some great halal food, and for served with rude, selfish, and illiterate service. There's already such little halal restaurants in the city, and if there's such messed up customer service in the ones we already have where are we supposed to eat?! How will we teach our children that we're supposed to eat Halal food, if the Halal restaurants treat us like crap themselves, will they still want to eat Halal food or get insulted? They know that we don't have a lot of choice in the Halal Restaurants in this city, so they take benefits of us because they know we'll end up there again because we have no choice. In conclusion, this one of the worst customer service we've ever witnessed. I hope in the future that more Halal...

This place has a home and cozy feeling, so much attention to details, from the funny quotes on the wall to the little quotes of the owner's connection to his home city"Beirut" This place has a great variety of menu items for everyone's taste.
I had an a la carte pizza customized with white sauce, donair, mushrooms and olives. The crust was thin, cooked to perfection. I ordered a side of wings and onions rings and oh the portion was very generous. Owner prides himself on fresh frying oil always and that definitely goes a long way.
This place is your one stop shop to also pick up your "fresh Saj" bread that is made using an old and traditional receipe. Do not forget to have a dessert of "Kunafa Calzone" to take home for later and for those of you who know kunafa, this is another level of Kunafa.
