VERY disappointed. I ordered the Street Corn Dip for $16 this afternoon (Mar 2, approx 3:45pm) for delivery through Uber Eats. I've ordered this dip numerous times in the past and there is usually enough to almost fill a small margarine container, along with chips and pita bread. Today, however, the dip arrived in a container that was 3.5" wide and 1.5" deep, though the dip itself was only an 1" deep. This is a container that restaurants usually use for a small side of coleslaw. How is this supposed to feed multiple people as an appetizer and how is the world is this tiny container worth $16?? I had a similar experience several weeks ago, also on a weekend, but on the weeknights that I've ordered I've received a normal amount of dip.
I also ordered the nachos today for $19.75, which arrived with only half of the amount I usually receive. Half of the box is empty. I usually save half for the next day but i literally only have half of what I normally receive.
There is a noticeable pattern with less attention to detail and lower quantity of food in general on the weekends at the O2's Clareview location. I'm not sure if this is a weekend staff problem or if there is different management but there is far less bang for your buck, especially with the wild inconsistencies. The food is really good but the quantity doesn't match the price paid anymore. I'm not sure that I'll order from this...
Read moreThe food is priced reasonably as well as the portions are fair, I've ordered from them multiple times and the food items are kinda hit or miss, some are amazing while others can be disappointing.
I would recommend the club sandwich it was delicious and filling! No notes.
The burger was ok, but you have to ask them to add the tomatos and pickles otherwise they wont. Onions, cheese and mushrooms cost extra.
The Chicken strips were disappointing, they were burnt but also very oily, also the coating wasn't the typical breading therefore made the chicken taste different. the portion size was good and the fries were great but the plum sauce tasted like plastic and was very watered down. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting chicken strips here especially if your looking for the typical chicken strip taste.
The nachos are my favorite! Portion is very good, you get three dips sour cream, salsa and avocado crema all very tasty! The tri colored chips can be a little salty sometimes. But overall my favorite on the menu.
The Steak bites USED to be good. They changed the sauce from a tomato one to a white garlic one, the portion size has shrunk and they were incredibly dry. Not...
Read moreNot writing this in hopes it will improve as it’s clear it won’t. Writing this to save other potential customers from this experience. I wish I could post photos. We accidentally ordered from this place thinking it was the O2’s on 167th. We have reordered from the one on 167th! Never will we make that mistake again! Quickly reminded why we quit going here. Lettuce wrapped burger - lettuce was rotten! Fries - soggy. Chicken burger - sour sauce. Mayonnaise - rotten - like it was sitting open and out for hours. Brussels Sprouts - sopping in grease!!! Hard like not cooked! 8 half (1/4 sized) sprouts completely soaked in peppers and onions soaked in more grease! Smallest portion I have ever seen!! Sour tasting onions - soggy instead of caramelized! Onion rings - sour tasting onions! This was yet another fail. I am officially done giving them chances based on their “new cook” excuse. I have been there about 6 times over 2 years and it hasn’t improved. I rarely post negative so it sticks to be doing this but avoid this kitchen. The staff are always good. It’s too bad cause if the kitchen was even half as good as the staff we...
