Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

This is from a few years ago (2013-2015), and the reason why I boycotted Panago, one of my favorites, ever since. I had ordered take-out for a "Vegetarian Pizza" for my strictly veggie Hindu family no less, but when I go home and we start eating, guess what's hidden underneath the toppings, cheese, and even the sauce. Large slices of HAM, some members threw-up and lost an appetite after the 1st bite. So I called customer care and had a replacement delivered, which mostly didn't even get touched, and so the whole 1st HAM & most of the 2nd Veggie Pizza was trashed, and as a sorry for breaking our religious practices and trust in an enterprise, they gave a 1 week $5 COUPON, for the next order.

So NO thank you PANAGO, never again, boycotted forever. Haven't even mentioned that "name" in the house ever since.

Ordered a Pizza yesterday and paid for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on it, called and complained and another pizza was sent out as a replacement and this one had hardly any sauce on it as well.

I work very hard for my money, I’ve had issues with this location in the past and they are once again not making orders properly.

I will not be ordering pizza from this location ever again.

Panago never disappoints and especially not this location. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and they are always quick and consistent. On one occasion, my order got accidentally mixed up (which I understand, accidents happen) and they corrected everything on the house. Consider checking this panago out and fulfill...
