Let me start by saying that the owner used to be the chef at another restaurant I used to visit frequently with colleagues. We were sad when ownership changed and we were left without a go-to pho spot. I found this place by chance and was ecstatic that I could get the same pho again. I can confidently say that this is the best spicy beef saté in all of Edmonton.

The beef saté is the perfect mix of spicy, savoury, meaty, peanutty goodness. The broth is always hot and all the ingredients are fresh and the pho hits the spot at all times of day and year.

My go-to combo is the small beef saté and the Vietnamese spring rolls. The spring rolls deserve a review all by themselves on how crunchy the wrapping is versus the soft filling. And they are always RIPPING hot (you’ve been warned).

The owner is a real salt of the earth guy, you can tell he loves his job and he loves it when you enjoy his food and he’s always up for a chat. It’s a small crew, so expect a small delay when it’s busy but I can guarantee your soup will always be hot when...

The pho was seriously so good! My boyfriend got the spice beef sate and it was delicious, lovely broth with great flavours in it. He didn’t feel he needed to add any sauces to make it tasty, he did add a bit of chili oil though and it was a great addition. Not a spicy soup on its own so don’t be discouraged from trying it if you are scared of spice.

I had the medium rare and brisket pho and the broth was so delicious and comforting. It was perfect, I didn’t feel like it needed any sauce either and even opted not to add mint or lemon because I liked it so much as is. We both got the small sizes and it was the perfect amount of food. The fried wonton appetizer we got was delicious and the wontons were a great size for a starter.

The food was delicious and we feel that it was super reasonably priced too! You get lots of meat with your soup especially for the price you pay!

The owner seems super sweet too, he was very friendly and welcoming. I really hope this place gets more customers, they...

Pho 4 Seasons is a fantastic Pho resturaunt. Ive been here several times which says a lot because I often want to try new Pho restaurants I haven't been to before. Even on my second visit the owner recognized me and remembered my order, always Pho without any vegetables on it, that was super impressive. Ive had their Pho which is great their spring rolls delicious and meaty, their salad rolls also tasty. Vietnamese iced coffee i enjoyed, the only bad thing i can say about this place was their mango milk shake wasn't good =( its clearly made with poor quality ice cream and they would be better removing it from their menu or using better ice cream and real mangos. Everything else they do is super good, so the milk shake, at least the mango, has to go. Awesome restaurant, great owner who cares...

I was pressed for time but wanted salad rolls,on my travels. The salad rolls where good ,as was the peanut sauce. The Chilli oil was good (some times places give poor quality and/ or prepackaged).the wonton soup was hot and fresh.i will go back I have the time for a proper set down meal. I usually try a different Vietnamese any chance I can. I was impressed my first time so came back for a meal.second visit. I had beef sate #38,salad rolls and iced coffee. I think my search is over this is by far the best I have found out of all the Vietnamese resteraunts I have tried. Great food and service. The couple who own and run this place.makes it a true place of joy to support. I like my stuff spicy, and the extra peppers 🌶 I was given brought the the heat to a level I enjoyed.
