86/100! ⚡ Some of the best donuts in town! Been here 4 times and I absolutely love it! I've mentioned this place to my friends and family and they all love it, especially when I give them fresh donuts! I most certainly will be back for more. I would give this a higher rating but the donuts are a little on the expensive side. NOTES FOR THE OWNER- Maybe have daily specials like buy so many specific donuts on that day and receive one free donut. -Or you could start a donut rewards program. So they could get a stamp for each donut they purchase and on the 12th stamp they could get a free donut of their choosing :) -This will increase your chances of someone coming in again, because people love rewards! Lastly, thanks alot! Its always a pleasure walking into your store. I hope to see you all very soon!

Bliss Baked Goods 10710 142 St NW I was in the neighborhood and was looking for a bakery. Google reviews brought me here. Right now, there's construction going on in the whole shopping center but the store is open. They are a dairy and nut free bakery, which isn't an issue for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. All of the baked goods looked amazing so it was hard to decide but I got a Butterbeer cupcake, a Chocolate Maple Square, a Boston Creme Donut and the Buy 1, Get 1 free Sourdough Bread. The lady at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. Everything I got was delicious. I'd recommend this bakery to anyone.

I wanted to surprise my friend since she is new to Edmonton (and her birthday was coming up), but she has a lot of food allergies. When I called this morning, the staff were super kind, friendly and very accommodating to all the allergies my friend has. They even topped the cupcakes off with their doughnut glaze instead of frosting because I told them she's allergic to chocolate as well. And better yet, she really liked them! I can't thank this place enough and I hope for nothing but the best for them! Thank you so much for completing my request!

I would give this place a zero if I could after the experience my husband and son had today. We pre-ordered donuts for my son’s birthday today, when they showed up to get them the order was wrong so my husband questioned about it. They replied with saying they don’t even make the kind of donut we ordered which doesn’t make sense because A) We have ordered the white chocolate eclairs MULTIPLE times, they were our favourite and B) When they took our order they never said they no longer make that donut. Whatever about that. My husband had requested that they add whipped cream to the ones they messed up and was met with a response of “That won’t work”…. Weird… okay.. so he asked for it on the side and the lady took the whole box to the back, started throwing and slamming stuff, dropping stuff on the floor. After 20 minutes of waiting and dealing with these people my husband walked out without the donuts because WHO would want to buy food from people who are acting like that. My son was so excited to go there for his birthday and the customer service was disgusting. We will be taking our money somewhere else from now on. This is Edmonton, we have absolutely amazing bakeries here. For anyone reading this I highly recommend Bon Ton Bakery, Mavericks Donuts, Destination Donuts, Duchess, Great North Cookie co. Quite frankly...

It was the first time my dear friend decided to celebrate her bf's birthday party making everything Vegan. So, we searched throughly and she felt Bake Bliss must be the best place to order a cake. She sent one of her best friend to pick up the cake. All of us eagerly waiting for that vegan cake to arrive. However, to our disappointment. It was a plain little tiny round cake with beautiful white icing and blue color little flowers n name. Ok. It wasn't fancy but just plain. That is fine. Peopke wondered what flavor? Ooo Vanilla mango. We all encouraged each other that hey the inside must be great. So after the candles are blown, the cake are sliced.....one bite. The cake is super dense. The mango....not even mango. What flavor is it again? Jelly cornstarch custard? And the cream....everybody saying it is too sweet and you can taste the starch... and the outside decoration is just plain lazy decoration. The cake is very condensed. Evetybody was saying..oh...so the vegan cake taste like this. Yes because no eggs etc. Never buy cake from...

Went into this bakery the other day it was my first time there. I love trying new places and I found it from the great reviews posted.

I was greeted right away when I came in. I waited a few moments as there was a women ordering ahead of me. As the bakery was smaller in size I over heard the interaction. The woman was grumpy towards the girl serving her and complained about everything. There was no pleasing her. It's really a shame to see people behaving this way. However, the young lady kept trying.

When it my turn to order I purchased half a dozen donuts and tried a few different flavors. The chocolate was my favorite by far! Absolutely delicious donuts! She recommended a bread that was only made on certain days. I wasn't there for bread so I didn't purchase it but I might give it a try next time.

I told her that I appreciated her help and that she was doing a great job to hopefully offset the other women's bad attitude.

As I was leaving a different girl behind the counter wished me a lovely day! Next time I have a craving...
