Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

I don't normally do bad reviews, but this one I just can't shake off. The bad experience started with my order not being fulfilled on time. I ordered my Pizza at 6:41pm and it said it would be ready in approx. 10 mins. I get there at 6:52pm and it's not done, which is fine. Lady said to give them 6-7 mins. It's 7:07pm and still no sign of my pizza. I ask them again and they seemingly forgot to make my pizza... The biggest issue came after though. I got home with the pizza and find there was a long strand of hair on the pizza... I picked it off and threw away the two pizzas it touched. When we almost finished the pizza, we saw there was another hair on the pepper too. That being said. Never ordering from here ever again. I am definitely NOT impressed with the service nor the quality...

Well after all the hype it turns out papa Johns is not the best pizza you'll ever have I ordered a meat lover with some extra toppings although the pizza was okay in the flavor was good I expected more for the price I was paying I also ordered hot wings and just the regular unflavored wings and some of them were not cook quite enough they were still pink so basically uncooked food although they got the 2 liter root beer dead on and the driver found a place without calling me exactly to the too the T instructions and was very polite and definitely deserve to tip and got one too to sum it all up I'm most likely will never order...

Today, we came to this Papa John’s location to pick up pizza for our whole family. Though we had a very long and complicated order, the staff were so patient, efficient, and incredibly kind, and we had not a single issue with our order! I already am a fan of Papa John’s pizza, but the pizza I had here today was the most INCREDIBLE pizza I have ever tasted! Each and every pizza was made absolutely fresh, and tasted wonderful. I have never seen staff at a pizza place put as much hard work and effort into their pizzas as these guys. I highly recommend this location for anyone who loves a good pizza, and will definitely be back...
