Pizza arrived missing wings, missing pepperoni on the pizza, the bbq chicken pizza was delivered damaged squished to one side of box, and no sauce came with my order when i ordered 3🤯🤯. I tipped $10, waited and hr and received the worst delivery I've ever experienced. I was told over phone refunds can't be given n they would only get a new pizza n wings out on their next delivery, no time line as to when that would arrive. The order were for kids who would not be able to wait another hr for a corrected order. I emailed and pizza 73 responded:
We do apologise for your order arriving in such a condition and for your wings not arriving with your order. Also We do apologise for the delay in getting to your email. Thank you for making us aware, we will be passing on your feedback to the stores manager about this situation, so that they remember to check our orders as they leave the shop as well as take the right corrective steps with in the shop so that this isn't a reoccurring issue for our customers.
Sadly, we're not able to offer a refund, however we have placed a credit for the cost of your order, this credit is usable at any of our locations. The credit can only be applied to an order by one of our telephone representatives and not on the app/website.
I responded: Please give me the contact info for the representative to reach out to for a refund. I am not looking for a credit. I am looking for a refund on my order that came unfulfilled.

I then responded how does my order not warrant a refund, i didn't receive any wings or sauce that i paid for and one pizza missing toppings, one pizza arrived damage! I don't want a credit I want a refund. They didn't call me back and a week later i called in and went through the whole process over the phone for 30 minutes only to be turned away again by a supervisor telling me to email regarding refunds abd what warrants refunds he couldn't help me.

When placing my order, I specifically requested a Punjabi-style pizza to a customer service agent named “AMANDA”However, upon arriving to pick it up, the customer service attendant was not only loud and rude but also dismissive of my request. She claimed that Pizza 73 does not make Punjabi-style pizzas and even mentioned that “management knows nothing about it.” Her attitude was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
To make matters worse, the pizza I received was not prepared as I requested—it was not well-cooked, and the taste was far from what I was expecting. After eating only three slices, I had to throw the pizza away as it was not enjoyable.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously. I have always enjoyed Pizza 73 in the past, but this incident has made me question returning to this location. I have dietary issues and have ordered gluten free pizzas multiple times without issues, however they make it an issue. You want a pizza but instead you NEED gluten free crust? They tell you no you can’t do that. As if it’s not on the menu. Along with the fact that they don’t like to communicate at all. We went to get pizza, it said ring the buzzer after 10pm, we rang the buzzer twice within a 5 minute span before someone came to see us and pointed, did not come out to speak to us, but pointed at their sign and pointed for us to leave; it was quite literally 45 minutes before closing time…. They close earlier than they’re supposed to, if you arrive 45-30 before closing time, they won’t be open so don’t expect to get any food.
Every single person I’ve seen work here was incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with. They have no business working with customers if they can’t be decently kind enough to deal with whilst ordering.
