Came in today and ordered a primetime beef donair with cheese, bold bbq and spicy fire number 2. The first order they made was wrong (they forgot to add the bold bbq) and they offered to re-do it again. I come home to find out that they forgot the cheese on the one they re-did. Not only did I have to wait longer for them to re-do my donair but it was made incorrectly again. The donair was extremely spicy and soggy. The poutine donair I ordered looked like it was a soup from how soggy it was. Funny thing is, this is my second time ordering the poutine donair and I was also given a soup last time instead of a poutine. From that day on, I would always make the extra 20mins drive from 91st and head over to the Millwoods location on 28th ave. However, because I was pressed on time and this location is closest to me, I decided to give them another chance. Never will I make this mistake again. In addition to receiving the wrong order twice and the poutines that resemble soups, the flavours are not there at all. Read moreWe ordered several items from this location from Door Dash. As usual the Door Dash app was glitching out again & wouldn't allow me to change something before putting the order through. The app would not allow it. We thought we would just pay for the order as is & contact Primetime Donair & have them correct it. We tried to call this location multiple times for (no exageration) at least 10 minutes straight. It was obvious they had taken the phones off line or something because they just kept ringing busy.
Just some advise to the owner.
1/ Talk to Door Dash. Get them to stop charging their extra admin fees, use the money they already have made from them & get their app working properly instead. I personally hate using there service unless absolutely necessary.
2/ If your not going to answer your phones, you might be able to save some money by just cancelling the service all together. It really annoys customers who just ordered food, supported your business, paid you & need to change something they ordered because of an allergy but can not reach you because you are refusing to answer your...
Read moreWell, i was having a great day untill had an order to be delivered from this location. Entered the store and two girls were yapping at the back. There was no customer at that time. It was around 2:30 pm. One female from the back came to the front and without saying hello or anything, she just gave me a grumpy look and grabed the order from the counter and kept looking at me. I told her 'order for so and so'. Then she handed me the order and went back without saying a single word. I don't know at what corner of the planet earth she thought she was or she might be having superiority complex or may be language issues or some sort of mouth ulcers. She was chewing something though. Anyways, dear owner, please teach you staff simple and easy two words- HELLO THANK YOU I hope you understand that what your customer's come with the expectations and what they get.
