I always come here with my family . Tonight we had the worst server ever ! She came to our table and asked the first people that got there if they are having wings , if they are they need to get a drink. They ordered a couple things . We joined the rest of the party at 8:05PM and the waitress never came back to check on the table or take our drink/food order. Eventually my husband got tired of waiting and went to the bar to order our drinks where he got served immediately. He was back with our drinks within 5 mins. she came to take the rest of our order ( around 8:30 ) . Finally when the food came out ( 8:47 ) we still didn’t have any utensils or napkins so we had to ask a different server. The original server finally asked how we were doing at ( 8:50 ). We rarely seen our server the whole time we were there but it didn’t seem like she had a problem with serving all her other tables and standing where the screen is to put in orders. We even had to go back to the bar to order our dessert. The whole night my husband never even seen what our server looked like since he had to go get stuff ordered from the bar. Very disappointed as we were out for me and my husbands birthday . If it wasn’t for that we would’ve walked away and went to some place that would appreciate our business . The server needs some more training for customer service. She looked annoyed whenever she did actually show up to our table .

UPDATED REVIEW : Thanks to Jeff the manager for reaching out to me and inviting us back for a better experience ! We came back and the service we got ( not from the server we got last time )...

Been coming here for years now and since all the restrictions was lifted our family come here often during wings night. We come almost every week and there are times that we come twice a week. My kids love the fries and ice cream here and the wings are delicious. But our last visit was so terrible, from the beginning the server is not accomodating. We ask for straws for the kids drink and they didn’t give it to us. the guy who bring food is the one who gave us straws. When our food came, they forgot to give us our honey garlic wings. We ask the server for it and she said she will follow up. But I assume, she went to the manager and told him that we finished the honey garlic wings and we are lying that we didn’t have it yet. The manager came to us asking if there is a problem with the wings, we told him we didn’t get one of our order. He pointed to my daughter’s salt and pepper wings and told us that it is honey garlic wings. I told him to check it if it looks like honey garlic to him. He gave me a look that as if I was lying. After he left I ask my kids to stop eating and we are going. We paid and left our food without finishing it. I will never lie to get free food, I have money to pay for our food and if we want more I can afford to pay for it. That server who looks new and that manager was so racist. Treated us like beggar who will lie to get free food. We will never comeback to this location. Might spend our money elsewhere who will correct their mistake than accuse the customer of lying to get free food....

Update March 2025: Went back for wing night - definitely was not disappointed! The flavours for the wings were really tasty.. tried a bunch of them - highly recommend the maple BBQ and Korean BBQ. Even if I just come back for wings, it's definitely worth it! Staff were very attentive and that's considering that it was super busy.

February 2025: Haven't been here in a while and thought I'd check it out again. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as I remembered. Got a spinach dip that sounded tasty, but the actual spinach dip was mostly artichoke, and very awkward to eat. There was balsamic glaze or vinegar on the plate, which is a weird combination that didn't really work, in my opinion. Cool idea with the dip inside the bread though. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery. Taco night sounded awesome, but the tacos are small for the price you pay, and not worth it, even though they are pretty tasty. Got a leprechaun pie dessert and it was nowhere near as good as it used to be, which was super sad as it was my favorite.

Staff were friendly and attentive whenever they came to the table, but it was pretty few and far between.

Cool thing is they do have trivia night every Wednesday at 7PM which is actually pretty fun. The atmosphere is great on the bar side as well.

I will come back to try the wings on wing night Tuesday (79cents a wing from 3-9PM, 59cents a wing from 9PM to close) or Thursday (3-9PM 89cents a wing). I hear they are pretty good, and the price is great compared to other places! Will update review...
