If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The wings are always over cooked unless I get them during the day, than they seem to be OK. But I ordered a donair pizza & 20 wings and the girl that made my donair pizza put ‘pizza sauce’ on my DONAIR PIZZA. I knew right away after one bite so I took it back and they remade it for me but this time the donair pizza tasted sour, as we were leaving though they turned off the OPEN sign and it was about 1:25AM but they’re suppose to be open until 2AM so I wasn’t able to bring back the pizza AND wings a second time. So the next day right in the morning as soon as they open I go back there and they said they can’t do a refund cause I didn’t come back the same night and I said how am I suppose to come back when you guys are closed?!!! I said I’m feeling iLL as the donair pizza was sour, and the employee there didn’t care at all. All she did was give store credit yet that’s not what I wanted.. very very upset with this location, they don’t seem to care if customers are satisfied or not. Read moreSaturday July 4th ordered us 73 deluxe with no cheddar mozza only, everyday deal so had wings and ordered another 10 wings got home after I picked it up my pizza was just orange with cheddar I did not eat any paid 45.23$ called in to customer serviceand told them I did not eat one slice as I'm allergic to Cheddar initially the customer service guy offered me $8 off do the math. Eventually he said he'd give me 50% credit off my next order. fast forward 24 hours I try to order 40 wings and found out I only got $8 credit and not the 50% off promise to me by customer service. Call in today and apparently this guy thinks he understandsthat buying a $45 order of pizza and wings and they screw up the order and $8 is not enough but he can't do anymore said if I wanted more I have to send an emailbut I feel ripped off twice so they can take that $8 twisted sideways lube it up because I'm writing this review instead.
I will not email you. The issue has been resolved I got ripped off twice in 26 hours. Thnx for helping me save time and money in the future by ending our 34 year business...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. We placed an order at 11:09 PM to be delivered to our hotel. At 11:56 PM, the Pizza 73 tracker marked our order as “delivered”—except it wasn’t. I called customer service, who contacted the store, and they gave the excuse that downtown was “so busy” and the driver should be arriving “any minute.”
Let’s be real—downtown was busy because of the concert, the concert we drove all the way to Edmonton for, which ended at 10:30 PM. That excuse didn’t add up. Finally, at 12:22 AM, we got a call from the driver saying he was downstairs in the hotel lobby and all he did was give a stupid smirk. Over an hour for an 8-minute drive.
By the time we got our food, it was completely inedible. Our “golden crispy” wings were soggy and disgusting, and the pizza was stone-cold. Not even worth eating.
There’s no excuse for this kind of service. If deliveries are going to take over an hour and food is going to arrive cold, at least be honest with customers instead of marking orders as “delivered” when they clearly...
