Customer service is selective. Went in and patiently waited for them to take my order. When asked what I would like I was disrupted and asked to hold on while they finished what looked like a conversation with an acquaintance. She came back and asked me what I wanted after forgetting the first part of my order so I repeated it and ordered 3 sandwiches on white Italian bread and a flatbread pizza. She came back and asked for a third time on what kind of bread again and I politely responded “all of them on white Italian please”. She made the sandwiches before the pizza so I had to wait with my sandwiches warm and bagged, which was probably best because when I arrived home all of our sandwiches were made on whole wheat bread that was extremely dry and had barely any sauce on them even though I had ordered extra sauce on all. Needless to say, the pizza was no better than the sandwich and normally I am not one to complain about food especially if it’s a busy time. But no one was in their after her friend left and the customer service was insulting, which was why I am leaving a review. I love Quiznos and we order frequently from another location closer to home. This is the first review I’ve ever left and have only took the time to do so because none of us enjoyed our food, nor finished any of it and because the service was sub...
Read moreOver 10 years ago, my friend came to this location and had an outburst about the poor quality of this food. I came in today to try something new and lo and behold, the quality is still as disgusting. You would think this place would finally get better considering the fierce competition in the same plaza where I can get delicious food from SFC, Jerusalem Shawarma, etc for the same price or cheaper. At almost $20 for my meal, I received one of the most unappetizing salads ever. The whole thing looked old and not anything I wanted to eat. The workers never apologized for this hideous lunch and instead proceeded to accuse me of doing this multiple times when I haven’t been here for YEARS. SMH. I’ve never ever done a return on food at Quiznos. Ever. I I never do reviews about food quality because I never want people to get in trouble, however the insulting behaviour, the gas lighting, the accusatory behaviours prompted me to make a review. Oxidation causing the lettuce to look old and yellow, tomato looking old bruised and rotten, the chicken looked rubbery, the salad portion given in a bowl which can’t be eaten from unless food falls off. Smh. I’m so disappointed in the food today, the price I had to pay for it, and the women that worked there. 0 stars...
Read moreI was told that they had gluten free buns. So I went in, the clerk had no idea what was gluten friendly for starters. They used to even have a write up that I could look at as a refresher, but nope sadly this was gone.
Next was when she was making my sandwich is that I had asked for lots of tomato's. Told me she had put on lots and at this point I can see most of my sandwich. She moves my sandwich further over so I could not longer watch her make it, not even a little of it showed. I kept mentioning more tomatoes though still nothing, then she puts it to toasting oven. I can see no more tomatoes had been added.
OK it comes out of toasting, she asked me if I wanted hot peppers. No I say just more tomato's and the lettuce I asked for. Does the lettuce and closes it up. Then she asked me if that was all. Say ya the tomato's you never added.
Had ask or mention more tomato's about 8 times. Why is it so hard to get a little bit more at this location than at the one at West Edmonton Mall???? The people in West Ed have NEVER given me a problem ordering there, and know what your gluten friendly items are.
Seems there is a serious problem and disconnect...
