Absolutely embarrassing experience. This place should be avoided at all costs. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff couldn’t care less about basic hospitality. We were ignored at the door, waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and when someone finally did, they acted like we were an inconvenience to them.

The food? Barely edible. Lukewarm, bland, and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We sent one dish back, and the server rolled their eyes like we were the problem. No apology. No replacement. Just attitude.

As for drinks watered down, overpriced, and served with a side of arrogance. Bartender had zero interest in being polite. You'd think we were bothering them by ordering.

The worst part? Management was no better. We brought up how poorly we were treated, and instead of owning it or trying to fix anything, the manager just shrugged and brushed it off like this was normal. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d hate to see how they run the kitchen.

Do yourself a favor: spend your money somewhere that actually values the people who walk in the door. This place doesn’t deserve a second chance, and honestly, it doesn’t deserve to be in business if this is...

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it felt like the staff went out of their way to be rude and dismissive. No greeting at the door, no smiles, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. It took forever just to get seated, and even longer to get our drinks.

The food was honestly a joke. Cold, tasteless, and looked nothing like the pictures on their menu or website. I’ve had better meals from gas station microwaves. Not to mention the portions were tiny for the price — complete ripoff.

Our server clearly didn’t want to be there. Zero customer service skills, completely inattentive, and acted annoyed every time we asked a simple question. The attitude alone was enough to ruin the night.

When we asked to speak with someone in charge, we got more of the same defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. No apology, no solution, just excuses.

This place has no idea what hospitality means. They clearly think they can treat people however they want and still get business. Hopefully people start speaking up because until something changes, this is not a place worth supporting.

holy smokes if i could give a -5 stars i would.. AVOID THIS BAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

BOTH waitress ignore you, as you walk in and sit down. My group of 4 waited nearly 25 minutes for her to take our orders, she told us the specials which is good but after that didn’t come back for another hour roughly… Our second set of drinks took another 15 minutes ish to get to us, we were worried they forgot as one WAS TAKING SHOTS BEHIND THE BAR!!. and were told we had to be patient.. All around and this is a horrible bar, It’s dirty.. There’s pee on the bathroom floor, The walls and the light switches in the bathroom are disgusting.. The pool balls feel like they have never been washed, And the tables are just disgusting.. everything I saw tonight was just disgusting, and I really hope I don’t get sick.. To add, I saw a lady in plaid who was sitting at the bar walk behind the counter with neither of the waitresses noticing, grab something and then walk back to her seat, And no one noticed a single thing.. I’m not sure what she took.. I cannot believe management has not gotten new waitresses or just done something about what’s been going on at this bar.. very, very...
