Subway — Restaurant in Edmonton

I just went to this worst subway location ever, if people there doesn’t want to work, please send them home. RUBBISH.

Look how she made my subway. When I asked her to grill it, she pointed the banner to me instead of saying oh we cannot do the grilling bleh bleh.

I specifically mentioned to her i don't want eggs and want it vegetarian, thankfully in the middle I just inquired about one of the sauces and she said all of them have EGG!!! I politely said I dont eat eggs can you replace it ( it wasn’t wrapped and made yet ) she said you will have to PAY FOR IT.

I was like whyy?? And then I said can you please remove the veggies ATLEAST, she removed and when adding the veggies she threw the veggies onto the bread and half wrapped and gave it to me.

Very Rude staff there was no line up i Stand there waiting for five minutes which was not long but keep in mind my lunch is only 30 minutes while there was no one in line there was two girl who was standing chatting and the other one looks on so in my thinking I decided to ask kindly is someone here to take the order to which one of the girl responded yes who was intrup by the older woman we are busy cant you see 🙄 i simply said have a great day and left but as a regular customer I expected better service from staff who could have answered in a better way other wise she need to be in the back to wash the dishes not to take her anger out on customer very disappointed with miss attitude #dobettersubway...

This place used to be a great subway to go to but about 3 months ago it has gone way down hill the bread is by far the worst subway has its very stale and hard idk what they are doing wrong now but it is terrible.

And have found a dark brown hair in my food the last couple times going there it's just gross no standards.

Aside from that it's a coin toss with the staff I've had a couple guys there who are really friendly and actually add thw veggies I say but there is a lady there who has no clue what she's doing with the orders and is rude to customers I was there while a girl was trying to apply and she just kept ignoring her.
