UPDATED REVIEW: I ordered 9 sambusa this morning so that I could show my friends, but they tasted NOTHING like what they did before. 50%-75% of the filling (depending on the sambusa) was coarsely chopped white onion. Absolutely inedible and awful tasting. Such a shame that this restaurant has no consistency... New rating for the sambusa: 1/5. One of the worst beef sambusas I've ever had in my life. The chicken suqaar and rice tasted and looked different today, too. Of the photos I posted, the last 5 are from the latest order. Because of their inconsistency, I sadly cannot trust to spend another $45 here again and will not be returning.

INITIAL REVIEW: Overall, I am satisfied with the food I ordered from here. The customer service was lovely and they even sent me two free spiced chais (which were perfectly made and get a 5/5). Below is a review of each dish:

Sambusa: Incredible value for $2! Wow! Filled with ground beef, peppers, and spiced wonderfully. Just the perfect amount of spice for anyone really! Mild enough for those that aren't accustomed to spicy African food, but still with a bit of afterkick for those that do appreciate spice (such as myself; I'm a fiend for it lol). 5/5.
