Today sep 11, 2025 I was here around 9.30 am inquiring about the soup and this elderly white lady working in the cashier seems to have lost patience answering my question to verify if it was non veg or veg. She went to see what soup was there and second cashier atttended asking me what I wanted and I said I was taken care of . The white lady came back to say they have chillie soup . I was then clearly asking if this is good for someone with a cold. She went on rambling about chicken soup that will take longer to make when I hadnt asked anything about chicken. I lost my patience at this point while another second cashier standing in her way looking at me to serve me aswell. Then I got her attention to take my order in the language everyone understands and the white lady came back distracting the cashier , stopping her from serving me, just to help another white customer who was behind me. And all this was happening while a police officer was in line too. I was then asked to move to another counter saying the one I was at wasnt working. Then after moving to another counter, I saw the counter I was at before functioning normal serving customers. This how they proved how they mess with customers for no reason. I cancelled the order for wasting my time and disrespecting me and left. Ps. I had 4 people dealing with me just for a simple question about the soup before I could give the order for some one who was sick while I too was sick. One from bakery section refused to answer saying she was from bakery department. Then the white lady and then 2 other cashiers trying to serve me when originally no one was near the cashier except the white lady who initiated the mess...
Read moreA few of these employees are quite rude. Especially the younger one(s). I’ve been coming here to pick up donuts for coworkers birthdays. I always get the same thing (2) dozen donuts, .5 dozen muffins and (.5) dozen cookies. I come at 7:30 - 8am in the morning. This latest visit I had the women taking my order yelling at her coworkers to come help (while I was in the middle of speaking /ordering). It wasn’t just once either. She just kept interrupting and yelling over at them. Then like 4 of them came rushing over grabbing stuff and a young one who was clearly annoyed says to me that next I should order in advance. I’ve never had a problem before and REALLY?! Am I really making your job difficult?!? All you have to do is put the donuts in a box. To top it all off, I was waiting for the order and it seemed to take awhile. I look over at the counter and my order is sitting there. Nobody says anything. Just puts it on the counter and walks off. Read moreI wish I could rate this location a zero. I do not recommend this location. I have had hair in my food (sandwich AND the Black Forest donut) have had to go back NUMEROUS times to replace coffees and teas made wrong. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! The ladies working the window are so rude, make so many mistakes and I just don’t recommend this place. When my coffees were made wrong, they only replaced one and made me pay for the other. They made me go all the way back home to bring the cups to show that they had coffee in them and then told me to toss them out, outside. Just don’t waste your time and money here. Go to the 17st location over by Michaels and Sport Check, or the Millwoods location. **also, would like to add - Tim Horton has one primary job, serving people food and coffee. I do not understand why this is such a tough process. There’s a lady at the window, tall, skinny, East Indian lady - she is the absolute rudest.
