Usually have a pretty good experience here. Today june 5th around 5:15pm they seemed a bit busy in the drive through. Seemed short staffed the whole place honestly. I was waiting on a wrap as I got the rest of my order. I was watching the girl make food. She made stuff for drive through constantly. There was a older couple waiting on their meal which they already seemed impatient but still kind with them. They were given a wrap that looked suspiciously small so I was already concerned about my wrap coming up. Well I waited about 10 minutes still no wrap. A lady behind me was waiting on a coffee and more people waiting on food now. Finally I get my susposed to be Cilantro lime chicken wrap. Which looks the size of a snack wrap. Looked inside and NO rice. Other things were missing. I get this wrap often so I know its wrong. So I waited what seemed another 5-10 mins to tell them. Finally I show her and she says its being remade. Then a few minutes later she turns around with a bag full of food. She said so sorry for the wait and I gave you some extra sandwichs. I was already late for work so I just took the bag and left. Got back to work and had 2 roast beef sandwiches and 1 ham and cheddar... thanks for all the bread? ... so didn't eat it and gave it to my co workers. I still like coming here... but I might just walk out if I see only one girl in each station. Ill stay if I see the girls working that I know have been there a long time. They seems to run the business good. Didn't see any sense of leadership there. That experience wasted my break and I didn't eat the wrap I ordered. Thing is people were patient until they started messing everyone's order up... how did I end up with 3 sandwiches? I feel like I was given...

She always does it with a smile and is very pleasant to talk to. She brought out our stuff to our table because she recognized my physical limitation and the fact that I was with an elder. she could be management material. Please also acknowledge Keaunna. She is a very pleasant addition to your staff. I see her working hard for you and even when she's busy she has the time to say hello. A nice addition to your staff. also, thank you to Healy and all the other staff. Just a little note to management.That when you get all your staff to concentrate on drive-thru your customers inside get ignored. I have seen many customers walk out. Just another thing for management to consider. Too many Tim Hortons in the City close at 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. . I know you close at 11:00. it may be a good idea to open until midnight on say Fridays and Saturdays. There are many people looking for Tim Hortons that are open a bit longer than 9 or 10:00 p.m.. We found one open 24 hours and we would take the effort to drive further to get there. Now, they close at 9:00 and we no longer go there. I have met many people in Tim Hortons and we always discuss which ones are open later. MIght be customers to capture capture. I come your way to meet my elders as well as bring up my friends because you are open till 11:00. There are many people who do not want to go to bars and they are very few coffee shops open...
Read moreThe customer service has really started to fall apart here, and they're usually out of whatever I had wanted before I headed over. They'll prioritize 80 people going through the drive through and ignore the walk in customers. I must have waited 20 minutes for my food and there was 2 people in front of me. I saw a girl forget to ask someone for their rewards card and then shrug about it after the transaction when the customer brought it up.
They're also almost always out of napkins. I noticed there weren't any, so when the girl handed me my food I started telling her there were no napkins. She ignored me and started making a sandwich. So I raised my voice 3 times before I got her attention. Then she just looked at me confused. A co worker had to get the napkins for me. Yeah, let me eat with my bare hands, no napkins and no tray for a dine in meal. Thanks. Great atmosphere.
Pathetic. I can get better food and treatment at home while paying a fraction...
