I arrived at the drivethru and placed my first order no issues until I went to order second order. I was on the phone to get what one person wanted and when I was telling my order I couldn’t hear what the woman was saying and I’m partially deaf and I talk loud and when I realized she was telling me they didn’t have what I was requesting bcz they only had 3 or 4 types left I got upset bcz it’s lunch time when I arrived and it was poor managing to not have donuts for the lunch rush. Then when I got to the window and asked why there weren’t donuts ready the supervisor “Ishman” pushed the employee to yell at me and that she had donuts cooking. I yelled back at her to stop yelling at me and she yelled louder that I was yelling which I was in response to her yelling at me. I asked for my order and she refused to give it to me. I asked for the phone number and the managers name and she gave me a receipt with her name on it and wouldn’t give me the managers name. So here I am complaining about the horrendous service provided by this location. Went for a coffee tea and ice cap with 2 donuts
They tried to only give us only one donut even though we paid for 2 and then we got the wrong donuts
Then they gave us a large coffee instead of an xl
Then they tried to tell us they already gave us the tea (they did not)
I wasn't going to say anything about the coffee cuz I already complained about the donuts and I honestly hate complaining because honestly i get it customer service is hard but then they tried to argue and say they gave us the tea when they didn't. So I was like OK now that you've made me complain twice because the tea and donuts were for my friend because it was her birthday, I want my XL coffee I paid for cuz I'm extra grumpy now and they literally dumped it into a bigger cup and added more coffee so my triple triple turned into a double double and I just didn't even have the energy to continue so we carried on our way with our wrong orders

Read moreThe website says the Tim Hortons here opens at 5am, I was there at 4:45 and waited. The gas station opened at 5 but the Tim hortons was still closed and the gas station was locked up. I got my pop through the order window at the gas station but could not get my morning coffee and the gas attendant stated she didn't know when they opened, sometimes 5:20 or 5:30 but couldn't say for sure. I drive a 5 ton truck and can't be going to just any coffee shop as the parking lots are not big enough for my vehicle. I am not from edmonton so don't know where another accessible Tim Hortons might be. I'm very dissapointed I couldnt get my coffee this morning and don't understand why the website and company have a start time if no one will be there. Please rectify the problem by either getting someone that can be on time or changing your hours to accommodate your staffs sleep schedule but change the opening time on your website to reflect you open when it's convenient for you not at any given time so other people don't waste their time going to this location as...
