I come to this location everyday for breakfast and a coffee and safe to say 2 out of 5 visits they give me the wrong order even when the screen is 100% correct. I order a breakfast wrap with bacon with NO sauce. They've given me a wrap with sauce. Another time they forgot to put bacon on it and put it on the side in a soup bowl with a lid on it? I also get iced coffees with an espresso shot and a flavour shot. Sometimes they forget to put in the espresso. Because of this, I complained online and a lady (from another Tim Horton's) said I could go there and pick up a gift card to be reimbursed for my incorrect orders. I went there one time and they gave me a free iced coffee (coffee was still wrong). I go there and the supervisor tells me he's looked at my orders and accuses me of lying saying that I only want things for free (even when I come there everyday and purchase my food). If this is how a loyal customer is going to be treated then I am never coming to this location again. I don't understand why I'm spending my money everyday here just to be turned away by something THEY did wrong. I'm reporting them to Head Office because I am so unhappy with the lack of service. I've visited many dozen times over the years with never a misstep, at least not without one that the staff hasn't cheerfully repaired (like that time when a "heavily toasted bagel" somehow made it to my tray without enough crispiness and colour to satisfy). Thank you, helpful early-morning staff; you are much appreciated.
The brewed-before-dawn coffee brewed here is consistently satisfying, so much so that I have tins of the original blend shipped to me when I'm overseas for a long period of time.
Donuts and TimBits here have always been fresh, and whether I'm going for the safe, known original varieties or trying a seasonal offering I've always left with a smile.
Breakfast sandwiches are good, perhaps not great, but inexpensive and exactly as I expect them to be. I haven't tried the wraps and other sandwich options so I can't venture an opinion...

Read moreI’ve visited this Tim Hortons many times, and unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The employees often don’t treat customers with the respect and courtesy expected, and orders are frequently not prepared properly.
In particular, there is one employee (possibly a manager) who usually works the evening shift at the drive-thru. She is consistently rude and arrogant when dealing with customers. For example, I once ordered an iced coffee with less ice, but the cup was filled halfway with ice. When I politely asked for less, she argued that what I received was their version of “less ice.” After asking her to adjust it, my cup ended up half empty, and she continued to argue instead of resolving the issue professionally.
