Ordered paya soup and the piece had hairs on it (not some human hairs but literally the goat hairs still attached to the piece). I went back, showed the piece and the response was "Its a goat soup and it happens some time. We can give you the chicken soup". I was literally shocked to hear the response. Its a food that you are giving to a customer to eat and you are saying it happens sometime?? Even if you are getting the peices from somewhere else isn't it your responsibility to make sure everything is clean before cooking/serving to customer. I didn't want any replacement soup.
