Wendy's — Restaurant in Edmonton

Chintzy & Cheap!! How bad could it get when you buy a meal for three people, not combos, but an assortment of value burger double cheeseburgers; chili; chicken nuggets and Dave’s double burger that I asked the drive-through lady to insure there is extra napkins and ketchup. I reiterated not only once, but twice to have the extra napkins and condiments. She acknowledged, and I drove away. To my dismay upon reaching my destination, only to pull out my order, and if you can believe this, there was literally two napkins and three packets of ketchup. Like come on!!! …is this location that cheap and brutally frugal, yet you throw in all the 5 packets of hot chili sauce, that I never asked for and crackers with extra spoons. WHAT A WASTE! You have to beg these people, and they still don’t listen to you. This location is an epic fail. Please don’t acknowledge me and pretend I’m some stupid customer. You people forget that if it were not for the customer who pay your wages, and keep the lights on, you’d be SOL and whistling dixie. I’m being generous giving one star, if I had it my way… I’d give this store 0/5...

I called at 10 am and asked what time do you serve lunch. They said at 1030 but if you can before we can still do it. So arrived 1015 once I ordered she said we serve at 1030. Sp I explained I had called and they said would do it before if I came. She started laughing and took my order.once my order was ready she puts them on a tray and serves it. I said I need a bag please. She was like oh we normally charge. I said no problem I'll pay. She said it's fine this time but I did ask you and you said to stay. Please don't lie you did not ask me and there's no way I'll say to say as I'm a truck driver and on a schedule and have no time to sit and eat. with all fairness I did call another location and ask as there number was out of service assuming all Wendy locations should follow the same rule.not a nice experience to start my...

Absolutely the worst Wendy's in Edmonton - not sure if it was the rude staff or just the fact that the JBC -Junior bacon cheeseburgers were cold!!! And completely unsafe to eat at that temperature!!! I ordered 6 JBC , 3 poutine, 2 6 piece chicken nuggets and the poutines and the chicken nuggets were the right temperature but the JBC were the temperature of burgers that were cooked in the morning and left out on the counter all day then sold to me. NOT IMPRESSED!!!! and to top it all off when I went to the window to inform the staff they argued with me and lied to me saying that the burgers were hot--- not fresh but hot - which they were definitely neither!!! I will be contacting their manager, and so on...
