Tonight (June, 1, 2024) around 8:40pm at the Elmsdale location at the drive through I ordered 2 large fries. When I looked in the bag, there was only one large fries. I proceeded to park, went into the restaurant to let staff know that I was missing one order of fries. The manager, Adrian, stated he and another employee remembered placing the fries in the bag. The situation escalated with the manager demanding that I bring in the bag from my car even though I had already shown the receipt. I accommodated this request where upon the manager (Adrian) abruptly stated he had to check something and walked away. A few moments later an employee returned with an order of fries. I requested to see the manager to discuss the accusation of the theft. The manager (Adrian) eventually returned. He still stated that I had stolen the the fires but it "wasn't a big deal because it was only a large fries". I asked about video footage and he stated that conveniently the security cameras were not running. This may seem to be an over reaction to an order with missing items, however the accusation of theft from Adrian does not sit well with this customer. He may have falsely accused me of theft but...
Read moreIt’s not often I would ever come online to get mad about customer service, especially at McDonald’s… But I bit my tongue long enough when it comes to this establishment there’s a few employees there who are absolutely incredible. But why is it so hard when somebody ask how you’re doing to just answer the question instead of ignoring me and then when I ask again reply with while I’m here and that’s all I’m gonna say….. Customer service has completely gone out the window and it’s too early for this type of attitude coming from somebody. I’m just trying to get my coffee and breakfast from. It’s not hard to just reply and say I’m doing OK how are you instead of ignoring me the first time and then the second time saying well I’m here and that’s all I’m gonna say. Of course, when I go to ask, which employee it was, they all wanna play dumb .. Learn how to speak to people! Some of you truly should not be working in customer service. Read moreThey did not deserve the one star that they got. Could not enter the store at 435pm because they were receiving an order. No signs of any kind. I went to the door and knocked on the window, no answer. Finally got some info from the truck delivery guy who told me I could not enter while divery in progress. So I could not leave the parking lot without going through the drive thru as this was the only exit. I was a VERY slow line and when I placed my order for late and small coffee was told I could not get the hot beverages. So I again had to wait behind cars that were ahead of me, again no exit. I told the lady at the window that service was poor and was informed they were short staffed- sorry not my problem. I asked if there was a manager and was told yes. I said may I speak to them please. He was NOT very helpful and his attitude was too bad. Will NOT be back and have heard from others that this McDonalds should be avoided!!! Thought your restaurant was...
