KFC — Restaurant in Essa

Awful location in regards to service and food. I went there with a group of friends and we all ordered. My friends purchased basic stuff such as drinks, fries and box meals. I ordered an Ultimate Chicken Sandwich Meal, which is supposed to include the Famous Chicken Sandwich, Fries, Popcorn Chicken, Salad, Drink and Cookie. I tell the cashier that I wanted that meal and she nodded. I noticed that the price was higher than usual, around $17, but disregard it, thinking it is inflation. I recieve my order and I note that I do not have anything other than the sandwhich, drink and individual fries. I go back to the cashier and tell her this, she claims I ordered the "Spicy Jalapeño Chicken" or some BS meal that I know damn well I did not order. I told her that it was missing all the stuff and was pricier but she said she can't refund or give me anything. She appeared very bothered even though I am the one paying more for less. The staff were nice and polite. but the chicken was dripping oil when I was picking it up..they friers need to have the temperature up higher. Instead of the oil being hot enough to cook the chicken at hot enough temperature. It sits in the oil for a longer time and just soaks up into the chickenand.males it sauggy instead of a bit crispy...they need their temperature turned up more. That's why the chicken is so greasy.. other than that its good place to stop in for a quick 3 piece meal. I dont think I'd buy a big bucket of chicken from here though. I ended up throwing most of it out cause it was way too greasy to eat i spent like 95 bucks there and I.pretty much threw out 40 bucks worth of the chicken. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this KFC location. I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t even see my order on the screen. No one offered any communication or update during the wait.

When I approached the counter to ask about it, a young male staff member was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He walked away without answering my question, showing a complete lack of basic courtesy. To make matters worse, I witnessed him being disrespectful to an elderly customer ahead of me — a truly shameful display of behavior.

This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced at any fast food establishment. KFC needs to seriously evaluate the staff and training at this location. I will not...
