Truly unique experience and owners! Anyone who has reviewed and say the chocolate is a bit expensive didn’t consider what is involved here. The owners literally travelled all over to find a farm that ethically farms the chocolate with no child or slave Labor and no pesticides. The chocolate is as pure as possible with no emulsifier chemicals. It takes 5 and a half days to make a batch of their chocolate. The processing area is visible through a glass wall, some of the equipment is 100 years old. Their Gelato is perfect, especially with a shot of espresso poured over it. Their fresh Italian roast coffee is so good. I have to stop here every time I'm in Fernie, this place is doing right, their passion is evident in...

I don’t know if this is on purpose, but the sitting area is not inviting at all. A passerby that didn’t know the place probably would not get a coffee there. My 5 stars are for the coffee and not for the...
