🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5-Star Review for Hailey Thrist at Browns Crafthouse
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Hailey Thrist at Browns Crafthouse, and I truly believe exceptional service deserves to be celebrated — and Hailey’s service was nothing short of outstanding.
I came in to purchase a $300 gift certificate, which is no small sum, and from the moment I walked through the door, Hailey made the entire experience warm, seamless, and unexpectedly personal. She greeted me with such genuine friendliness and professionalism that I felt instantly at ease and genuinely welcomed — as if I were a regular, even though I wasn’t dining in that day.
But what truly set Hailey apart was what she did above and beyond her role: upon learning that the gift certificate was a special gesture for someone else — Brenna Burns — Hailey didn’t hesitate to offer to personally deliver it to Brenna herself. That kind of initiative, thoughtfulness, and proactive customer care is incredibly rare these days. It wasn’t something I asked for, nor expected — she just offered, because she cared. That speaks volumes about her character, her professionalism, and her pride in the Browns Crafthouse brand.
She handled the entire transaction with precision and efficiency, but more than that, she brought heart to it. Her energy was positive, vibrant, and totally sincere. It’s easy to go to a restaurant for the food — but experiences like this remind us why people are the soul of hospitality. Hailey is a shining example of that.
I truly hope Browns recognizes what an asset they have in Hailey. Her kindness and initiative turned a routine gift card purchase into a memorable, feel-good moment. I will absolutely be recommending Browns Crafthouse not only for their great food and atmosphere — but for their top-tier service, thanks to Hailey.
Thank you, Hailey, for going the extra mile. You turned a simple errand into something meaningful — and that’s something I’ll never...
Read moreI went here last summer with my husband while visiting relatives. I didn't know quite what to expect but was so very pleased with my experience. I ordered the shrimp appetizer not realizing that it came with sesame seeds on top (it was not listed in the menu description). I was disappointed as I love shrimp but am allergic to sesame seeds, so I was just going to give my appetizer to one of my relatives and settle for my entree. But my wonderfully persistent server (sadly I don't remember her name) brought my problem up with the manager and I was presented with a special plate of the battered shrimp with no sesame seeds (they even cooked the shrimp in a pan to ensure that there would be no cross contamination). I have never received such kind and personal attention from a restaurant staff before, and want to give a huge thanks to everyone who made my visit so wonderful. Due to my treatment I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, and...
Read moreYikes! When I visited this establishment in the past it was a fun, bustling atmosphere with good food. On my last visit on the May long weekend there were only 2 other tables occupied, which was worrisome. The waitress informed us we just missed the rush so we ordered a late lunch. I am gluten sensitive and was told the yam fries did not have gluten. The food was not as fresh as on previous visits...kinda looked like old truck stop food...and the yam fries arrived soggy and undercooked. The beer was good. Two hours after eating I proceeded to have a major reaction. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, massive headache! I had to cancel my travel plans and was sick and shakey for 5 days. Whether it was a gluten reaction or food poisoning I will never know but I won't be eating at a Brown's Social...
