Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort St. John

Had a really disappointing experience here around 10 PM. I ordered the BOGO breadsticks deal but only got one sauce. A staff member named Anjali gave me a huge pizza box at first, which didn’t fit in my bag, so I politely asked for a smaller box. I literally pointed at the smaller boxes behind the counter, but she kept repeating, “Sorry, these are the only boxes we have,” while pointing at the exact boxes I was asking for. Made no sense at all.

The worst part she randomly asked me, “You understand English right?” I was speaking better English than her. It felt condescending and completely out of line, definitely not how an employee should speak to a customer. Then she assumed I rode a bicycle when I actually came on a $1,000 scooter. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and borderline discriminatory.

I was polite the whole time, but looking back, I shouldn’t have let that slide. Definitely won’t be coming back to...

Tried every pizza joint In town, Papa John's by far wins the competition pizzza game hands downs. For all the people leaving 1-2 star, first off don't put 8 fkn toppings on 1 pizza because ya, it will become soggy especially with liquid ingredients like pineapple, olives ect... My personal selection I make almost everytime is: Cheddar, Feta, Pepperoni & Italian Sausage 👍👍👍 so fkn good!!!! Ya though but seriously keep it 4 ingredients and under, the dough is so nice and fluffy too even the crust I love it. 2 days later reheat in the oven it's still soft as when it first came.
