Sushi Heaven: Where Angels Wear Aprons Listen… I don’t know what kind of cosmic deal was struck to create Sushi Heaven, but I’m convinced Poseidon himself is in the kitchen hand-rolling these bad boys while angels fan him with seaweed sheets. The House Roll? That wasn’t a roll. That was an edible hug from the universe, wrapped in rice. The California Roll? I’m pretty sure it was rolled across the beaches of Malibu by golden retrievers wearing sunglasses. The Philadelphia Roll? Cream cheese so divine I heard the Liberty Bell ring mid-bite. The place is literally a hole in the wall with great food. The restaurant is nice, cozy, very clean and nice seats. The food menu is packed with great choices. You can see the guys doing the food for you and are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through this area.
The sashimi was clean and fresh. The Fort St. John roll is a hit and you must try. If you like simple the California rolls were nicely done. On a cool day like today the miso soup was on point and pleasant to have.
Let me know what you think. Until the next review and keep on...
