Mama Panda — Restaurant in Fort St. John

While visiting FSJ for a week, I tried to order online through their website. Order would "not go through to the restaurant" "restaurant not responding". So I called. I waited on hold. I talked to a lady who said she couldn't get the order from their system. She took my order over the phone. She said to give them 45 minutes for delivery of a 5 item combination plate. After an hour, I called back. I waited on hold. She rudely told me that my order was "already out" and I said, it's been over an hour. To which she replied that my order was "already out" and hung up on me. I only gave two stars because my family has been eating at and ordering from Mama Panda for years and I know the food is usually good. If the food shows up tonight, I might already be in bed. My patience is "Already OUT". Edit - food showed up 10 minutes after I posted. In a soggy bag. The food was so cold and sad I couldn't eat it. What they sell as an Egg Roll was one soggy, cold Spring Roll. Almond Chicken was a sliced up chicken strip, also cold. Chop Suey was under cooked, steamed broccoli. Noodles were...noodles. Sweet & Sour pork could have come from any freezer section. If they think they can give this kind of service to people staying in hotels because they can get away with it, they are wrong. The food wasn't bad but it took some convincing to actually get the order. We ordered take out on a Sunday evening and went to go pick it up. When we arrived back at the hotel my order wasn't in the bag. We called them back and they said they would refund us, we asked if they would just make the food and they said no at first but eventually agreed to make it anyways. They also said it could not be delivered and we would have to drive back and pick it up. Upon arrival we asked if there was any kind of discount they could give us like any normal restaurant does when they mess up the order but the server didn't want to budge, not even an apology. Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a 4 item combo on DoorDash - my order was completely wrong. I first called to let them know the order was wrong after spending a pretty penny, and they hung up on me. I called again, was on hold 5 minutes for them to come on and tell me it was going to be another hold as they need to go to the bathroom. Disgusting. They proceeded to say they will not fix my order and that I can reach out to DoorDash to get a refund on the wrong order Mama Panda provided. I never dealt with worst customer service than I have with this place, as it was my first time even ordering from here. Will not be back - and I will make sure anyone I know will not...
