One of the worst experiences I ever had. I usually go to Tim's every day just because I prefer coffe there. They usually don't understand my order right away so I have to repeat myself few times, But I understand that people come to Canada from all over the world and most people do have difficulty learning English and do have an accent it is Okey with me. But today was a whole different experience! I was repeating my order 100 times... "I want two peach juices and 1 crispy chicken sandwich" the lady at the DT asked me if that is a sandwich or a wrap, I said "sandwich" she said "wait a minute", I waited. then she said "let me double check your order" I said "Okey yes, that's what I want" I came to the window, paid got my two drinks and waited.. she open the window after some time and asked "anything else?" I said " yeah my sandwich" she said "ma'am you don't get a sandwich because you didn't confirm your order!" ...
Whaaaaat!!!??????? How many times do I confirm my order? Are you working on your drive-thru time? Then that's just an annoying and unfair way to do it. Or people really dont understand me every time i go there? I worked in customer service since I was 14 years old and that's how you talk to the customers now? Very disappointed really don't want to go back...
Read moreDonuts have no icing ever always bone dry and I do mean 100% of the time seriously I go to Tim's in any other city including dawson and it's never this way and on top the coffee is always luke warm or colder, doesn't matter when I go, DT or counter. They always mix my order up and act like ive wronged them when I want it fixed. If I go home before I realize they made a mistake want 2 different kinds of proof I have to call within 10 min and bring a receipt and even then they make me wait 15 min while they investigate, finally come back and say ya I checked and you ordered what we gave you... um no I said what I wanted you may have entered it wrong. No refund sometimes even though they goof up ALOT, literally something almost every visit. Lastly the last time a new employee got in major trouble from the not in training sandwich making lady. She was super harsh and very rude when relaying the new girls mistake and to be so snappy and mean in front of a customer isn't professional imo. I was uncomfortable for the trainee. The one at 100th st next to the government building. Would rate it a 1 STARs for the drive thou and only the drive thou. My mother and I went to drive thou there and the employee GRABBED MY MOTHER'S DEBIT CARD out of her hand. As somebody in retail, unless the person is unable move their hands (wheel chair, ect). We are taught not grab the card. However if you go in, great service inside and that would be a 3 star service. .
The Tim Hortons at the Totem mall. 5 STARS. Employees recognized me and knows my order almost by heart. Had one slip and fall at their drive thou area (a very icy and cold day) and informed them. Employees check if I was Okay and went right away to ice it before any more...
