Triple O's — Restaurant in Fort St. John

First time ever at Triple O's. I Ordered a double with no pickle no relish. Had to wait until they completed the order in front of me before they even took my order. As I was inside waiting for my order I saw an employee put her finger in her eye and rubbed her eye and continued to handle food that was passed from the kitchen to her and she stuck the same finger into the cartons that hold fries and such. I then asked to speak to the manager and turns out she was the manager she said her name is Samir I told her that I saw what she did and that it was disgusting she apologized and said that she will go and wash her hands . I received my order and left I am headed out of town when I pulled over 20 mins out of town to eat there was a pickle on top and relish I cannot eat it and I cannot take it back. Walked in, waited 10 mins for someone to take our order, assuming they were on break as they were sitting eating a meal. Once we ordered, it took over 25 mins for our food to be in our hands. Watched them make our milkshakes with dirty blenders. Food was over-priced for something we just threw out anyways. Was also charged for extra burgers. Decided to just cut my loss.

Two times in a row I have gone here now and had issues. The first time I walked in and the restaurant was absolutely empty I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for an employee until I had enough and started loudly saying hello does anyone work there and about 15 of them popped out of the kitchen.
