There seems to be a huge turnover in the staff, as there's always a new person taking my order it seems like. As a result, the drinks are incredibly inconsistent, to the point that I've given up complaining or trying to get them remade. Vanilla frappucino, chestnut praline latte, creme brulee lattte all tasted weaker and less creamy/sweet than they should . Whipped cream disappeared before I even got to the car with my beverage. But today i ordered a long standing favorite- matcha latte and wow, 5 min later it looked and tasted like somewhat of a zombie apocalypse movie. Clearly not mixed in right at all. I called and asked for a refund and the girl said I have to go through the app, which is fine I get that but then I said they should be shutting down mobile orders until they are caught up because about 30 other people were also there waiting for drinks and had been waiting just as long. The girl said “that’s not m choice it’s a managers choice, we can’t help how busy we are”! I said “okay well your manager needs to close down mobile ordering”. She said “that’s up to them”. That’s when I hung up because you can’t argue with ignorant. I will not order from this location again. Read moreConsistently mess up my order. My go to drink is a hot chocolate, I can't drink coffee. For the past 3 days in a row, I've been given a mocha instead of a hot chocolate. This isn't a new problem either. It happens every year when they release their winter/holiday drinks. I start adding in extra time to my coffee run expecting to have to wait for it to be remade.
I worry about what other mistakes they're making. A hot chocolate vs mocha is easy to tell that it's wrong. But what about dairy vs non-dairy? Full sugar vs reduced sugar? These mistakes could really harm someone and make them seriously sick.
