The staff was openly hostile toward myself and my girlfriend upon arrival.(Surprising as neither of us knew any of the employees) On multiple occasions. (2 as we decided to give it a second chance. Everyone has a bad day once in a while) I have dined at many A&Ws as I enjoy their food and tap root beer. however this place can go out of business for all I care. It was so unacceptably rude that other customers apologized to us for the employees and manager. Plus they also got the order wrong and when I politely asked them to fix it about a 5$ difference the manager scoffed at me acted about as unprofessional as I've ever experienced. if I could vote less stars I would.
food was probably 3 hours past throw timers and the pop was flat and over syrupy flies were buzzing around at the counter and the garbage looked like it'd gone all day without being cared for.
simply put the more I looked for something to redeem the visit the more surprised I was at the overall lack of respect for an eatery of any kind.
Disclaimer: I'm not even comparing against fine dining I'm literally using my judgement based off of a fast food structure. If A&Ws are going to provide that line between fast food and restraunt quality this store should be lifted up as the example of...
Read moreOk, well this place now sucks. The paddy in my teen burger was so small I could not even taste the hamburger in the burger. The onion ring batter is not good at all anymore and breaks off just looking at it. The service was awefull, the young man behind the counter could not get past whatever order was next. And the order he was waiting for had items that needed to be prepared somewhat. So all the other food just sat in the warmer waiting for about 7 minutes to get his order completed before going to the next one. I had to give him an extra star, because at least he was polite and patient. On another note when someone orders the awesome root bear in the frozen mug, don't fill them up and leave them on the counter for almost 10 minutes... The whole thing is ruined by that point and is on...
Read moreI like the Nashville Hot Chicken Cruncher, Mozza Burger, Onion Rings, and Blueberry Tart. I work evening shifts at a restaurant nearby, but we close an hour earlier. I have stopped in here a couple of times to get something before I take the bus home. They take ten minutes or more to make a simple burger and prioritize drive thru customers, as all of these places do. My bus has went by a few times, meaning I had to tale a different one and transfer. I don't know if the kitchen has a hand sink or sanitizer, but a lot of them handle raw meat and dig into the deep freeze to undercook their frozen sweet potato fries without washing. The dining room is nice, but if you want takeout, it is an awkward wait. This location has no frozen root...
