Pita Pit — Restaurant in Fredericton

I placed a 500$ order to be picked up for a lunch for a group if workers who have been going non stop. They counted on this lunch. 35 min before it was to be picked up they called and said they'd need another hour and a half to two hours longer. Ummmm, so you mean long after their lunch break is over. I asked him to get off phone and just make them. I got to store gave them extra time at this point he said maybe an extra 30 mins. Nope still not ready. And they proceeded to take and make more orders and kept putting mine to the side as new people came in. Beyond disappointment and you've not only let me down but the 25 people who missed lunch. To make matters worse he told me reason it was late was because he didn't see order when he came in. I'd placed online and paid before they even opened. If they cannot handle that level of business they shouldn't accept it. Their own app let me pick times and some were even earlier than I chose. ...

This place has become a dumb over the last few months, it’s always so filthy inside. Could see finger prints all over the protective class by the vegetables, the greens were more brown then green. The workers never change their gloves any more between pitas. (Major cross contamination issues). Also took them 1 minute and 25 seconds to “cook” the meat on the grill. It was still cold in some spots. They didn’t even chop/dice it up like they used to. Well it started off good. But my pita had a tear in it after making it just right. So she just scapes what she could onto another pita but lost like 75% of my meat and other toppings in the process. I was pretty much rushed into taking it as is. Not even noticing that it had zero tzatziki sauce on it. After taking one bite. I was like screw this I want a new one.
