1st mistake: You need to tell us you have coupons at front now i have to re do the order. How is a customer supposed to know your broken process?
2nd mistake: We asked for 1 fillet of fish and 1 double fillet of fish. We get 2 fillet of fish. When we brought it to the attention of the child on the window he becomes furious that we challenged what the little order paper says. LOOK ITS NOT IN YOUR ORDER he yelled.
To this aggresive response we gave a smile and replied that we did not order that and that if he could please correct it. The child replied YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR IT I CANNOT GIVE IT TO YOU. We thought to ourselves OMG its part of the coupon deal.
The child the abruptly grabbed the box out of my hands went to the back and came back and threw a double fillet of fish and yelled. TAKE IT NOW TAKE IT.
I then parked my car took all the food in side asked for a manager who offered, no apology, no empathy statement other than i saw that. I asked for a full refund, the manager quickly obliged not making eye contact.
I asked for my coupons back i took my business to another McDonald's.......but a few minutes later i changed my mind and went back asked for the same order and met the same bad attitude child at the window . Here is the 3rd mistake
3rd mistake: 3 frutopias drinks instead of 1 Pepsi 1 sprite 1 frutopia. 1 quarter pounder with cheese they gave me no cheese and a burger with no sauce. 1 filet of fish and 1 double fillet of fish got 2 regular filet of fish.
How can the be sooooo bad? How can management have 0 empathy? How can there be 0 apology for such a horrendous service?

If it were possible to leave a 0 review, I would. This place is by far the worst McDonalds I've been to. Staff are lazy and don't care. I ordered a lot of food through the app and chose curbside pickup. After 25 minutes and the Mcdonalds app telling me my order was complete, it became clear to me they had no intention of bringing it out. I went inside to see about 7 or 8 staff wandering around and filling only drive thru orders. After about 5 minutes I finally convinced someone to look for my order, which they had no idea about. Finally they realized it had just been forgotten and the bag was on the counter with the order half filled. Sundaes melting on the counter. They had to make fries of course because on a Saturday evening at dinner time, why would they have those ready to go. Another 15 minutes later, I got the rest of the order and after filling the drink from a disgusting dirty counter top, there were no lids at all. So back to the counter to let the manager know and to ask for a lid. She didn't think it was a big deal at all clearly. No apology about the 45 minute wait for food or for the dirty store. Read moreI was just there for my morning coffee, I got there at 6:47am and their store front was closed when their hours are 6-11. They also had 4 cars waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive threw who all eventually left. I called the store about 8 times before I finally got threw, and the young lady who answered the phone said they were not opening the store front because they were short staffed. I told her she had many customers in the drive threw waiting for over 20 minutes at that point and she hung up on me. I called back, and she hung up on me right away. I then walked to the drive threw window where I asked a young man for her name, and he said he would get her. When she came to the window, she was rude yet again, refusing to give me her name, and slammed the window in my face as she walked away. This is the second time I have an issue with this same black female with glasses. The customer service at this location is disgusting and I will not be spending another dime in this dump until they fire this girl and retrain their staff. I am absolutely disgusted and enraged at the level of disrespect towards frequent paying customers. The rest of the McDonald's franchise can not be ok with this behavior or a 2 star rating... I will be calling their corporate office. Something needs to be done about...
