Subway — Restaurant in Gatineau

I ask for traditional salad..i asked to cut my cucombers and tomatoes in 2 like they do in any other subway and he refuse saying if he was to cut him self doing it the CSST would not cover him and i i sa thwy do it all the rime he told me i dont dare but i won t do it...i isk for the name of the manager and he gave me the name saying that the manager wont wo anythink because he s just replacing there...and to find out there waa a longggggg hair in my salad...second bad experience there and the last one for sure unless thw manager contact me to talk...

Had the worst customer experience in my life by an employee named Brandon. This is the second time I have had bad customer service from him, I figured he might have been having a bad day but there is definitely a behavioural pattern. He was rude and arrogant, when my girlfriend asked him questions about ordering a salad he berated her because she was taking time to decide what toppings she wanted, with only one person in line after her. As long as he works there I will not be going back to...

Krystel served me this evening. I have to say it was the cleanest subway I have ever been to. It was spotless. You could tell she took pride in the rice bowl and sub that she was making. It was picture perfect...honestly the best looking bowl and sandwich I've ever seen made at Subway. Whoever the owner is, she deserves a raise! Her attention to detail, her customer service and work ethic (she was miticulously cleaning everything when there were no customers) is hard to come...
