I donât usually make reviews unless Iâm genuinely happy or disappointed. Honestly, the people here are super nice usually so I donât have a complaint there, however, I usually get good service at every Starbucks I go to. I usually Uber eats my order to the house from this location based on my address, this being the 4th time now in a row that weâve received half full or a large portion of the drink missing which is really frustrating considering they put SOOO much ice and itâs expensive. They also forget to add items youâve paid for as well. This happens to be the only Starbucks I experience this issue with consistently. I also notice being an avid Starbucks consumer, that they donât make drinks as consistently as other locations. Some examples being too much ice, too sweet, tastes completely off etc. so itâs disappointing to say the least. The final complaint I have is that if I go in person they are extremely slow at best. They donât seem to be organized or trained well enough to be efficient or make the drinks correctly. I hope this issue is rectified as I see I am not the only one experiencing...

I had done a drive through pickup from the app, however, when getting there, it was fully packed and there were cars lined up beyond the drive through area â I figured Iâd go inside to pick it up as my order had been made, once going in, I asked her if it was possible to retrieve my order at the front instead of drive through, which I usually do, whenever there are too many cars. She ignored me several times until I repeatedly asked, and she had that annoyed and disturbed look and told me she doesnât make the food and she has drinks to tend to so she wonât be checking / getting it for it, and then she proceeded to make her drink, as I stood there and waited and waited.
